Steve and the staff at Rummele's are fantastic. I've purchased from them several times and they have gone above and beyond with 10/10 service every time. Steve has helped me personalize a few pieces and always has great ideas and knowledge. He and their team can really help you create exactly what you're looking for. Bring them whatever ideas you have and you'll be impressed with what's possible. They genuinely care and take the time to make sure you understand the options and pieces, always showing patience and never making you feel pressured in any direction but what you want. They are also a wealth of knowledge and will be happy to give you ideas and suggestions if you're not sure what you want. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor, and go in. They will treat you like family!

I recently found my grandmother's pearl earrings and her wedding ring, along with my great grandmother's wedding rings in an heirloom box. I don't have pierced ears and the rings were very tiny. However, I wanted to preserve the stones and have something wearable to honor their memories. I took all three items to Rummele's and explain the history and sentimentality of the items. The pearls were not exactly the same size, nor were the diamonds in the rings. However, the staff at Rummele's seemed to truly understand and appreciate what my goal was. They put much effort in sourcing a white gold pendant that would accommodate the stones, and then basically custom made this piece using the pendant as a base. The jeweler and goldsmith and did a phenomenal job and gave me a fabulous price as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the final product, and I've already received many compliments on it. This truly will become an heirloom piece that I will eventually pass on to the next generation. Thank you so very much for your integrity and skills in creating this piece of jewelry for me.

I ran into a problem with the estate sale returns. I sent an email to the store and I am glad that they allowed the return for store credit. Definitely I will do business with them again. Hundred percent customer satisfaction guaranteed for sure. Thanks to Steve and Amanda for resolving the issue. I appreciate them for being apologetic and doing the best they can.

Amanda was awesome to work with when looking to add a band to my wife’s wedding ring. Even though the original set was not purchased there she, went above and beyond to find the matching one and had it in the store with plenty of time to spare before our anniversary. My wife loves it and was ecstatic when she unwrapped it and opened the box.

Highly recommend! We worked with Amanda to pick out an engagement ring and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. She ordered in a couple of stones and was extremely patient and helpful with my indecisiveness :) she made this a great experience and we are very happy with our purchase. Will definitely be back!

My parents and I have always been customers of Rummele's. The shop and all of their associates have always been wonderful to deal with. I especially need to commend Steve. On two separate occasions I have dealt with him. The first time was to try to find valuation information about a bracelet my father bought my mother a number of years ago. He researched it and was able to find the purchase information for me. The second time was to find the value of a ring which belonged to my grandmother for possible sale. Though he did not wish to purchase it for the store, he did provide me with an estimate, and further, sent it to not one but two of his vendors to try to get an offer on it for me. He essentially saved my Christmas for me as I receive SSDI and until the point of sale did not have the funds to buy my family gifts for the holiday. He truly went above and beyond to assist me and get me a fair sale price from his vendor. Not only did he get a fair price, but had a check readg for me the very next day. I would not hesitate in the slightest in going to him for assistance in the future. I am proud to said that this jeweler is a fixture in this community, and would recommend them to anyone for quality and service.

Every person was HAPPY, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. We ordered wedding bands and Laura was very patient and kind. The owner was also very nice and generous. The other employees were also ready to help with anything we asked or needed. We will be back. We did not know them in advance so this is not a review from a relative or prior acquaintance. 10 stars!

Really helpful and kind people! They resized my ring very well. They also took the time to examine some of my Grandma's old jewelry and tell us what they were made of. They even cleaned and repaired one for free! Definitely going to frequent them for all my jewelry needs.

My husband purchased an anniversary band for me a few days ago, and I needed it resized. Of course, I was super excited to wear it, so I worked with Amanda, who made sure it was done in a timely fashion (she also helped my husband pick out a band that worked with my profession.) She even took the time to look at my wedding ring, cleaned it up and dipped it, and gave me the instructions on how to care for it in the future (even though we didn’t get it at Rummeles.) As some one who works in customer service, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, and how much they care! We will for sure be back!!

My daughter recommended that I go here to get my ring fixed. I have always went to the place I got my jewelry. When I walked in I was greeted by Amanda. Recently ordered a set of engraved silverware for my daughter and Amanda provided excellent customer service- she suggested a font for the silverware that looks beautiful and she kept me informed about the timeline of the engraving- the silverware was ready super fast and looks beautiful!
