Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

Everyone working here is really welcoming. This is one of the best stays I've ever had. Was in town from Thursday to mon. Breakfast is solid. The little supper and happy hour social is a lot of fun. (the lady you have working the drink window at the happy hour is really awesome. Give her a raise. She was tremendous)
Four elevators so you're never waiting to go up and down.
Giant hot tub. The room service food is solid.
Really felt welcome and the rooms were spacious and decorated well.
Everything was pretty clean and in place.
Definitely would recommend a stay here when in Milwaukee.

Extremely friendly staff, Glenn at the front desk gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful. Bartender was similarly kind and bubbly, I wish I could remember her name, she was a sweet young lady! Attached parking garage is super easy to get in and out of and is centrally located. The room itself was very clean and cozy, with full amenities and a great view. Highly recommend!

Always a great stay at the Drury! Free Happy Hour from 5:30-7pm with enough food on a buffet that constitutes dinner plus 3 complimentary alcoholic drinks per night stayed, and free hot breakfast each morning. Pool and hot tub were actually clean and functional. I will always stay here when traveling through. No questions asked this is the place to stay!

Nicole Russ checked my girlfriend and I into the hotel and she was fantastic. This property is great! They offer so much and you get major value for what you pay (complimentary breakfast, great workout room, happy hour drinks / food). Where can you go when you get all of these options? The location is by far the best for theater 🎭 access in the old Third Ward so I can’t say enough about the best property in Milwaukee. I live in Madison and travel to Milwaukee a lot. I have a lot to compare it to. Parking is offered next door for a reasonable price and you just beat this place. Howard Payne

Great location in the heart of Milwaukee. Decent prices and nice views. Close to several downtown attractions with a large selection of local restaurants. The rooms are clean with a modern feel. The service was fast and friendly. Free drinks and popcorn all day. Free breakfast and dinner at designated times. Parking garage is attached for $25/day you can come and go as you please.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a fantastic experience, from the beginning the check in process was great with very friendly staff, the inclusion of the 5:30 kickback was a great perk to the stay with the free drinks and food. The breakfast was great with a large selection to choose from, sometimes American hotels have not so good breakfast or limited options but not here they had everything which was great to start the day off. The only negative I have and it’s not really that big but the bed wasn’t made at all over the couple of days which wasn’t ideal but not a deal breaker or should be any reason not to stay because I would and will stay here again in the future.

Hotel with very comfortable rooms in a great location, but the wonderful staff really put it over the top. Glenn in particular was very welcoming and helpful! They did a great job keeping the buffet stocked for the weekend crowd. The hot tub is great.

I love this hotel so much! Super friendly and welcoming staff! Great area to eat and the continental breakfast shown here or happy hour served from 5 to 7 were tasty and nice to stay in and eat. Great sized rooms for downtown. Amazing staff. Right next to all the action in downtown Milwaukee.

I love the location and the hospitality. The gentleman went above and beyond to get a specific brand of tea for me ( I can't recall his name). I love customer service like that. Therefore, I will definitely stay here again.

Great place clean rooms. Staff is superb friendly and helpful. Kickoff the bomb all you can eat plus three free cocktails. WOW !!

This hotel was excellent. First time staying at the Drury Plaza. The amenities are excellent at this hotel. Breakfast, drinks and snacks are worth the stay alone. Bed was comfortable and hotel was clean. It was cold one evening, we enjoyed just staying the evening at the hotel rather than going out.

Stayed here 3/4-3/7/2024. Room was even more beautiful than the add showed. First time ever in milwaukee, came here to look around as a possible place to move to. This hotel is walking distance from EVERYTHING and has beautiful views. I would recommend this hotel 100%. Staff is super nice and you can tell they took time to cook the hotel food. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic hotel. The staff was awesome. Michael and his team were outstanding. Hotel was right downtown, walking distance to just about everything. Free food and drinks every night. Free breakfast was great. Clean rooms, very quiet. We will definitely be back.

I have to give a shout to Montrey. I apologize if I’m spelling the name wrong. He was so accommodating from the beginning of our stay. He was willing to find me comfortable pillows in the middle of the night. He was always willing to go above and beyond. You can tell he’s just a genuine guy who wants to help others. Thank you!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, Manager Drew was especially helpful. Parking garage connected to hotel and was very easy to deal with. Pool and hot tub were great. Location 10/10

I get so excited every time I get a trip assignment here because I love this hotel so much. The service is always wonderful and the location is perfect because it feels like it's in the smack dab middle of everything! During wintertime this place looks like a winter wonderland! The city is in lights and it looks so festive and out of a holiday movie!

I love that they serve complimentary breakfast and dinner as well as 3 free drinks, for those who like alcohol. There is a downside to their food options, however. Most of their food is either bland, soggy, or very dry. For example, during breakfast, their eggs were very watery and unseasoned while for lunch, their pasta was not seasoned and their potatos were severly dry to a point where you couldn't peel them and they looked as if they were chafing. I also wish they had more halal and kosher friendly meat options as eating dry eggs and biscuits for breakfast gets old. Any time I asked if there were possibly turkey or beef options, I was told they only serve pork. So it's probably best to eat out and pay the high price.

This is my first time staying at a Drury and visiting Milwaukee. Beautiful hotel AND city. The hotel is in a great central location. The room was very spacious and clean. I wasn’t at the hotel long enough to enjoy the afternoon snack or breakfast, however, I overheard several guests raving about both. The hotel staff are AWESOME! There was a mix-up with my arrival date and if Nicole R, the front desk manager hadn’t found me a room, I don’t know what I would have done. She is the BEST! The hotel and staff deserve 10 STARS!!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this hotel for out of town guests!

Spent a weekend, Fri & Sat night here with relatives visiting from Phoenix. We were attending a concert Friday night at the Pabst Theater. Wanted to stay somewhere where we could park, stay, & walk to concert, places to eat, etc. Check in was fast & easy mid afternoon on Friday. Rooms were very nice, clean, and modern. Facility was very clean & lobby and common area was well lit & had natural light from front windows. There was a "happy hour" from 5:30-7 each night off the lobby, where each guest received three cocktails or beers, plus appetizers & snacks. Friday had meatballs, mashed potatoes, spring salad, hot dogs, tortilla chips with melted cheese, salsa & jalapeños available. There was also a popcorn machine and fountain soft drink machine. Breakfast had cold cereal, oatmeal, pepper gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fried potatoes, waffles, pancakes, bagels, muffins, yogurt, coffee, tea, juices. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, & efficient. Was within walking distance to Pabst Theater & Riverside Theater, as well as Milwaukee Public Market.

Where do I start? This hotel was beautiful inside an old historic building but everything was clean even my room. The only downsize is the pillows were too soft. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The shower is absolutely incredible! They serve a variety of food at breakfast and their 5:30 Kickback meal to me was like dinner and 3 cocktails on the house. This place was just fantastic. As I travel to different places I'll be searching for a Drury Hotel. It's definitely in my top accommodations to stay.

Clean, friendly staff and free happy hour food and drinks. What more can you ask for? Excellent location as well
