Beautiful and rustic atmosphere. Wonderful room. Staff is professional and laid back. Ethan handled a full Saturday night bar with calm and charisma. He's a great mixologist. Bella took great care of us at the bar during Sunday brunch. She is very friendly and respectful with not only customers but coworkers too. Quinn made fantastic drinks. And we really appreciated the restaurant manager Shannon. We had a small issue that we communicated to her, and she more than made up for it. You can tell Shannon wants to protect the Iron Horse brand's name.

This place was great! Everyone from the valet to the bartender were great. The hotel itsef is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I only stayed one night but hopefully next time we're in Milwaukee we can stay a bit longer.

This hotel has a great vibe - fun decor, huge rooms with comfy beds, friendly staff. We've stayed there multiple times and always feel really welcomed. Plus they are FABULOUS with dogs - our dog's name is on a little chalkboard with all the other furry guests when you check in.

We hosted a bridal shower here and decided to come through prior to our event to stay in the hotel. The hotel decor is fantastic, upscale, edgy, clean and staff that are so friendly, from our valet Aleks to the folks at the check in desk. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel which had an exceptional menu and everything we had was delicious. We had a massage at the hotel the next morning and then proceeded to have our bridal shower festivities the following day. I cannot commend Ann Marie, Emma and the staff there enough. They planned the event for us to a tee and were super communicative and responsive. I made a major mix up with our dates and put us down for the wrong date (completely my fault) and the team could not have been more responsive or accommodating. They completely flipped the event to the following day and did not even one time make me feel like it was a hardship even though I am positive it resulted in a lot of rework for them. Ann Marie and Emma both in particular were so wonderful in the communication, always positive and complete professionals who made this event remarkable. I could not be more grateful and could not recommend this location any more highly!!

The hotel itself is beautiful, very well kept and clean and is dog friendly. I would absolutely come back to stay even not for a special event.

Fantastic Experience at the Iron Horse Hotel!! Came here for a weekend trip. Front desk staff (Julian) was extremely friendly and helpful. We decided to eat at the Ash which is inside the hotel. It did not disappoint! Chef Zack made some fantastic elk and Brandi was a extremely friendly and helpful in food choices. 10/10

Super cool place! Amazing rooms and service was awesome. Dinner was great, excellent Old Fashioneds and spectacular breakfast. I will stay here again when in Milwaukee. Also very close to HD museum.

Amazing experience. We felt at home the entire time. Easter brunch at Ash was a 10/10. Rooms are clean. Every employee that I experienced was exceptionally kind. I’d definitely stay here again.

Have stayed before and will stay again. Great hotel near town, situated in a historic building with the original feel in the lobby and rooms. Rooms are very well appointed and spacious, and industrial vibe even extends to the bar/restaurant. Cool little leather shop in the lobby that a few of us bought gifts from as well.
Breakfast was a la carte, very tasty and sizeable.

Had an amazing experience at the Iron Horse Hotel.

Unfortunately, I only had the opportunity to stay for one night with a small group but I would've stayed longer if I could and will definitely be back!

First, the staff is incredibly hospitable, and friendly. My group was pretty small, maybe 10-14 rooms and they treated us like royalty from the front desk, to management, to bar service to culinary and breakfast and the giftshop/store.

Second, the hotel itself was so nice. I didn't know what to expect prior to my arrival, knowing that this hotel was influenced by Harley Davidson, but it was done in such a classy elegant way. You really appreciate the esthetic when you walk up the stairs, into the lobby with the hotel scent and the layout/décor throughout the property. This hotel really takes so many local influences into account and I feel like I was able to experience so much of Milwaukee in the hotel, from the 1 night I was there.

Thank you so much for such a delightful experience, I can't wait to go back and suggest this hotel to anyone staying in or near Milwaukee.

We stayed at the Iron Horse for the Mama Tried Motorcycle Show. Our Team loved the Hotels uniquely Industrial-lux environment. Everything is high-quality right down to the bed linens. The lobby is like nothing I have ever seen with a beautiful American Flag that drapes the wall. Amazing woodwork and metal work throughout. We will be back!

Julian the front desk agent as well as the rest of the staff were very professional and prompt. This is a great place to stay, in fact I would recommend to anyone coming to the Milwaukee area. Julian recommended places for us to visit in the downtown area.

Very impressive service. I was met immediately by valet as soon as my vehicle stopped. They loaded my luggage onto the cart and brought my items to my room and hung up my clothes. Valet was extremely fast and my vehicle was ready at the front door each time I requested it before I could make it down the elevator. Very helpful staff and food was also very good.

The Iron Horse was the best part of the trip. Valet opening the doors before you get there, super friendly front desk staff, beautiful room-awesome mini bar, fitness center was well equipped and I had a perfect massage-all in close proximity to highways.

Took the wife to Milwaukee for a parents getaway. And everything about the hotel was amazing! the cleanliness of our room, amazing food, and top notch customer service. 10/10 recommend this place.

Malik at Valet greeted us immediately and took care of our luggage and delivered to the room. We had planned on spending 3 nights, but after the first night they had boiler issues, no heat and no hot water. We spent most of the day in the lobby… beautiful and comfy… as there was a snow storm and were not planning on going anywhere. As the day progressed so did their water problems. They told us they would set us up in a comparable hotel and took care of all the arrangements. We were comped for the first night and they comped our food as well. Even though the Westin is nice. I am looking forward to going back to the Iron Horse again. Very friendly and accommodating atmosphere.

Stayed there 4 nights, 5 days due to a family wedding in the area. Iron Horse was very accommodating to us and we are very grateful to them for that. Ann Marie who we worked with on our rehearsal dinner and after party was very attentive to our needs and met our every expectation and then some. Front desk was wonderful, bar service was wonderful, housekeeping was wonderful, waitstaff was wonderful, food service was wonderful, valet service was wonderful. Our only glitch was reservations (rooms) which we were told is subcontracted. That area needs to be reviewed. We will definitely come back and stay at the Iron Horse when in Milwaukee! Great wedding rehearsal venue! Morgan is good to work with we got excellent ideas and location and vendor recommendation etc with walk out to patio after dinner.

Very much enjoyed the quiet and spacious corner king suite with great views and a comfortable bed.
