DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

Just wanted to drop in and say we’ve stayed here several times and this is honestly one of our favorite hotels across the country. Know what sets it apart? The service staff / such beautiful nice people that work here. I can be having the worst of days and the people here are some of the nicest folks I’ve ever dealt with. Some of the most top notch service we’ve received. Facilities are nice and clean and place is conveniently located as well!!! Highly recommend you stay here. You won’t regret it.

When we checked in we were greeted by friendly staff. I failed to get his name, but he was very nice, answered my questions and was very helpful. The room was clean and better than i expected. Breakfast was good, my only complain is the eggs tasted like they were cooked 2 days ago and left in warming trays. But the fruit was fresh, the chorizo eggs were good and the banana french toast was tasty. The waitress was wonderful. She made sure our coffee cups were full :) I would definitely stay again.

We had our rehearsal dinner and room block here for our wedding in September and it was great! There were lots of other wedding parties there but we still felt welcomed and the staff and service was fantastic. Rooms were sunny and clean, event crew was professional and friendly. My only complaint is the valet/parking is a little hectic, and a 'room block' does not mean all the rooms are actually together - though it seems like most places are doing it that way these days. Not having a 2 night minimum was also super helpful and made a lot of guests really happy. Would recommend for wedding or event!

Loved the breakfast to order, and Natalie was wonderful!! Nikki was delightful, and we really appreciated the roaming security and clean rooms! We had a uhaul and the staff found a safe place to park it overnight. Thank you for everything, can wait to come back!!

Our week-long staff training at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milwaukee Downtown exceeded all expectations, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Colleen and her incredible team! The Hotel Team went above and beyond to ensure that our event ran smoothly, accommodating all of our last-minute changes and additions with grace and efficiency. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set them apart.

One highlight of our experience was the catering provided by the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was evident that great care and attention went into every dish. We were particularly grateful for the hotel's mindfulness of our guests' dietary restrictions and food allergies. Special thanks to Cathy for ensuring that everyone was well-fed and accommodated – nobody went hungry under her watch!

Overall, our time at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milwaukee Downtown was nothing short of exceptional. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for top-notch service and comfortable accommodations,. Nice spot down town, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was great, especially the valet and dining room staff. They went above and beyond for our whole group throughout the week of our seminar.

We travel a lot between sports and vacations and this has to be the friendly staff we have ever encountered. The rooms were clean, food is good and conveniently located to where we needed to be.

We have been using this hotel for years for our large group. A high school robotics team. The hotel leadership is accommodating, friendly and always ready with a warm cookie. Thank you for your continued partnership each year! You make our stay easy and enjoyable. We look forward to more stays with you.

Ended up staying at this location due to what concert nearby from the moment we got the staff was friendly and delightful to deal with. They help me with all my questions telling me where to go what I needed to see and what we could do the room was clean and you could tell care was taken when they made up that bed and the room at night my phone had died so I couldn’t get my electronic key. Go to the went to the front desk and in the process of trying to make me up a new key the poor guy behind the desk computer went down. He gave me his charger for my phone so we could charge up my phone enough to get back into the room, it was an ideal experience but it wasn’t his fault. The computer went down and he made the best of it. We will be back. Should we ever be in the area again.

Everyone was very friendly, rooms clean and well kept. No complimentary or continental breakfast. Valet parking personnel were very helpful and accommodating for my large vehicle, but one of them smoked in it once which was quite disappointing. Heating was quite noisy in the room. Had a corner room which was spacious and included a couch along with the usual desk and chair.

First time visiting this location. The front desk staff was very friendly and recognized my status. They upgraded me to a corner suite (Thank you)

This was bigger than just a corner room. Double bathrooms. Large living room. Little dinner table. It was great.

Room was clean. Plenty of water pressure. Hot and cold. No issues with the temp of the room.

Did not get to try the restaurant for dinner or breakfast.

Parking is valet only. But it was quick and friendly.

I will stay here again

Kim is awesome and was very helpful. She made me feel welcom and excited to stay at this location. When she offered me yummy cookies I was ssd because I have allergies to milk, but she quickly gave me an allergy free cookie. I knew this was going to be a good stay. The guys in parking are also amazing and helpful. Thank you all so much.

I got a king corner room. Perfect for the vibe I wanted.

The TV had my name on it. I guess that’s a thing they do for Hilton Honors members, but I had no idea so it blew me away.

The man and woman at the front desk that helped me were soooo friendly and awesome! I wish I could remember their names. My apologies you two! (Dude with glasses, and girl with on point edges - who know who you are)

They give you free cookies at the front counter. Beware, they are dangerously tasty.

Breakfast in the morning absolutely hit the spot. Tammie was my server, and so incredibly nice. I was having a slow morning and she helped ease me into the day. The buffet: eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, donuts, fruit, oatmeal, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, yogurt. You could also order off the menu too.

CJ at the valet took care of me like a pro multiple times, especially when I was rushing in a pinch. Shoutout to CJ, a real one.

When I was leaving some guy that had been staying there for a long time was checking out and literally got a personal goodbye from almost everyone that was working. That showed me that the employees at this place actually cared about the people, and it was nice to see that kind of connection at a hotel.

The customer service here is impeccable. Everyone behind the front desk seems genuinely friendly and happy to help.

I stupidly forgot my Kindle in the room. I didn't realize until my first night back home when I couldn't find it and started panicking. The Director of Housekeeping responded to my email quickly and helped set up shipping so I didn't have to drive over an hour to pick it up.

The restaurant bartender, Shoua, was amazing. She made our "parents first night away from baby" a total blast.

I highly recommend this place and I look forward to returning.

We stayed here for 2 nights after expeditiously leaving the Hilton across the street after one night as the room was dirty and icky. Layla, one of the front desk staff, was very accommodating and nice. We're from SC so she gave great suggestions for what to do in the area as well as places to eat, we had an upgraded room that was very clean and spacious; we were so relieved after being in filth the night before. The location is in walking distance to a food hall, shopping, museums, etc. I'd stay there again if ever in the area.

The hotel is a great venue for our annual convention and the staff, service, rooms and food is always exceptional. Great people to work with and always a pleasure to return each year.

I had the most special & wonderful time. Lots of thank you’d to: Jessica, Laila, Mari, Antonio, Jose, and all the other staff members I encountered. I couldn’t have asked for better personnel to operate your facility. I also had great service & encounters with staff members at the restaurant: Natalie & Amy.
All the personnel I mentioned by name helped to make my stay exceptional! I’d also like to give a shout out to the 2nd floor maid: Maria- she assisted me with all my supplies & treated me very well.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Milwaukee!!
I’ll stay here again- if it happens I come this way again.
All the above personnel should surely receive a great performance appraisal!

The surroundings were gorgeous, creating a sense of safety and comfort for me and my children. The staff was friendly, and the cleanliness of the environment met my expectations perfectly.

Stayed here for one night after a concert. The front desk was so kind and gave great suggestions for places to grab food.

Staff was friendly as can be. Shout out to Nicki!! Checked on me via text regarding my stay while I was there. Quiet. Rooms are great. 1000% recommend.
