Hyatt Place Milwaukee Downtown

Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality. The room was very cozy and we had a great view of the Milwaukee skyline. We were here for a wedding and the venue was only two blocks from the hotel, very convenient. If I may make one suggestion, when guests call for reservations and are coming from out of town, let them know about the parking. Your valet service was great, the gentlemen were very polite! Kudos to Tanya for handling our marriage family. We appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the hotel.

Super comfortable beds, a bar that closes late (midnight) and a very nice gym space. Also the beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE! I am grateful Hyatt already started to leave this QR Code to tip housekeeping, more hotels should do this. If you do it, they charge an admin fee, so cash is still better but if you forgot cash, this is a great alternative. Always tip housekeeping! It is a hard job. 🙏

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past year, as we visit family in Milwaukee. The location is fantastic - walkable to Fiserv Forum and restaurants in the surrounding area (try the brewery, Pilot Project, one block away from the hotel!). As a family of 4, we get the 2-bed room which has plenty of space for us to sleep, have down time (small “living area” with a couch + desk), and eat snacks/meals (small table & kitchenette). The bathroom was nice & big, with standard amenities. Our kids loved the breakfast, which had many hot & cold options. We did hit crowded lines during breakfast, but I wouldn’t expect any different during the popular breakfast times since it’s a big hotel and everyone has to eat sometime! We chose to valet park through the hotel instead of self-parking in public spaces near the hotel - there is an extra charge for valet but the convenience was worth it. Lastly, the staff was SO friendly and helpful with all of our questions or requests! Overall, a great experience in Milwaukee and we’ll definitely stay here again.

Pretty good location. Within walking distance of a lot of things. I did not plan on eating the continental breakfast since hotel breakfast is usually terrible. This one was the best I've ever had and I ate it both mornings.

The room was beautiful and in a great location near the concert we were seeing. The view was phenomenal! But Ricky at the front desk is the reason I would come back! He was extremely helpful and made our stay that much better. Thank you!

An overnight stay couldn't of been more relaxing. Upon arrival our room was given to another guest. Without hesitation Ricky found the exact handicap accessible accommodations needed but with an upgrade. Hearing an accessible room is no longer available can be stressful, though with quick action the stress was lifted and the delight of a wonderful stay came back. Ricky thank you again for going above and beyond our entire stay.

We enjoyed an overnight stay while attending a show at the Pabst Theater. The customer service was FABULOUS. The valets were welcoming and helpful. Ricky at the front desk was energetic, supportive, and obviously the person who will do the best for a customer. The other front agents were equally engaging and helpful. Kudos also to "Ommah" (I may have gotten that name wrong) who was tending bar that evening. She's animated, fun to chat with, interested in the patrons' stories, and a great representative of the quality and service at this location. The overall experience is one that will bring us back next time we're headed downtown!

Awesome hotel in the perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere and valeting our car was very easy to do. Our room was clean and our floor was quiet. Staff accommodated our late checkout request. The staff was very friendly and helped with any questions I had.

We always have a good stay here. The checkin and checkout is fast. The breakfast is good and there is lots of seating. I do wish there was a parking lot or more street parking. We ended up having to use the valet as it was the only option for parking. The valet was very good though.

Ona, Eze and Onnah made our stay so great! Helped us out when we hit a couple forks in the road just trying to get checked in, and we got good recommendations for late night food delivery. Great customer service!

We love this hotel! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are great. The location is perfect- so many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance. Very close walk to Bucks games too!

Everyone, from check in with Ricky at the front desk, to the lovely valet workers has been amazing. The room was cleaned and ready for us for an early check in and the breakfast was a nice touch. It’s super close for ever stadium and numerous bars and restaurants are within walking distance

Love the location of this Hyatt Place - lots within walking distance. Service and cleanliness have always been pretty good. Parking is a bit of a challenge and valet is a bit expensive. If you can find street parking grab it or you can self-park in structure 1/2 block away. Only challenge is prices… this locations prices can get crazy expensive (for a Hyatt Place) when event at the FiServ forum are taking place next door.

Onnah was phenomenal as well as the manager on staff - Ona. From her customer service, recommendations and attentiveness, Onnah demonstrated world class customer service. Out of all of my Hyatt experience, this certainly makes the top! Keep up the outstanding work!

Went to a Bucks Pacers game New Years Day and the hotel was perfect. Room was perfect, location was perfect, breakfast was perfect, valet was perfect and front desk was perfect the whole stay where they have a smile in the eve that lights up that part of town brighter than the Fiserv Forum.

Everyone was very attentive, The room was nice but some areas were noticeably dirty. Parking on the street overnight and getting a ticket is cheaper than valet haha

Clean, modern, friendly staff, great breakfast. Great location if going to watch the bucks. I would definitely recommend staying here!
