I'm absolutely blown away by my experience at JB Nails. This was my first visit, and I'm convinced it's going to be my go-to salon for years to come. Right from the moment I stepped in, Tiffany welcomed me with the warmest greeting. She's not just incredibly sweet and charming but also exceptionally helpful in selecting the perfect products to achieve the look I desired.

Tiffany stands out as the best technician I've ever encountered. Her approach was kind, gentle, and accommodating, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. She truly is a nail goddess – my nails have never looked so perfectly shaped and cared for.

Absolutely incredible experience here. The best nail salon I've visited in a long time. So many unique colors, including cat eye polishes. Surprisingly reasonable for the quality of service, too. Nail artist was so fun and nice. I will be returning as a regular, and highly recommend.

Stopped in with my family on a snowy day. There was four of us wanting Manicures and Pedicures. They accommodated all of us and communicated well on how they were going to and planned. We were offered drinks and invited to come in to a chair. They were very attentive to all of our needs and did a fantastic job! This is the best experience at a nail salon we have had! The staff is very friendly and do excellent work! We live in NC and visit Milwaukee frequently so will be back. If we lived here this would be our spot! So if you live here, this should be YOUR spot! While here a lady came in for a nail repair and they even jumped on that for her too!!!!! Excellent!

My daughter & I got our 1st pedicures here today done by Tiffany. She was really sweet and welcoming. We enjoyed ourselves and were very relaxed. I loved how Tiffany was interacting with us and making sure my daughter was comfortable. 5/5 definitely coming back and requesting her again! The overall experience was amazing! The entire place looked luxurious and very clean.

Just got my nails done here for my engagement photos. The salon staff were very friendly and helped me find the perfect shape and color. I got a gel TAP manicure for the first time and am very impressed with the outcome. I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you Tiffany for suggesting to add chrome to my manicure it looks awesome!

Such a cute atmosphere and loving staff! They were able to confirm an early morning booking the night before when other salons in the area were completely booked. There’s a great selection of polishes and my manicure turned out beautiful. Will most definitely be going again :)

Lovely atmosphere and staff! I was greeted kindly and given a great and relaxing Deluxe pedicure by Kathy. I loved the service so much that I ended up requesting ombré nails with tips. I don’t really go for tips as I have always had French manis and loved the end “natural” look I requested. This is a perfect new nail business addition that was missing in our bay view neighborhood. I love that they offer beverages and points for you visits and birthday (you’ll have to sign up on their tablet located on their front desk). HIGHLY recommend this upscale establishment, they listen and take care of their customers.

JB Nails was amazing! The accommodated our large group for a wedding & everyone left happy and feeling relaxed. Everyone loved their nails & would definitely recommend them!

Normally, I get my nails done before vacation, but I was so busy. Inevitably, I broke a nail. I was referred to JB Nails. This is THEE place to go in MKE for a mani/pedi. Long gave me the most beautiful manicure! Very professional, friendly, comfortable, upscale, and affordable. I will definitely be back! Thank you JB Nails and thank you, Long!

My second time here after switching salons and this will be my new go to nail place! Salon is clean and Tiffany is incredibly sweet and welcoming. Shes very skilled and my nails look incredible after she’s done with them. Definitely recommend JB Nails!

Wonderful experience my first time trying JB Nails & Spa. I had a gel pedicure and a dip manicure with 2 different techs. The pedicure was one of the BEST I’ve ever had! I’ve never had a dip manicure before so I didn’t know what to expect but my nails turned out great. It’s only been 4 days but so far my nails look exactly as they did when I left the salon. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service!!! Booking online was easy and I was able to get both me and my mom in on the same day. My mom is new to getting her nails done and the staff was extremely helpful to her and made her feel comfortable. We both got dip manicures and are so happy with the outcome!

Greeted right away, Clean, modern and fast. The staff Tiffany and Nancy were amazing, exceeding my expectations. Did exactly what I asked and was fast.

Amazing experience! My mother and sister and I went here to get our nails done for her wedding. We made an appointment, they were immediately ready for us at our appointment time. Our nails turned out perfect and the service was incredible. Highly recommend!

The space is tranquil, modern, pretty, very clean and has more of an upscale spa vibe. The massage chairs are top of the line. The staff is organized, efficient and friendly.
I had Kathy for my pedicure. She has 16 years of experience and is definitely a perfectionist. You can tell she is very nurturing , actually cares about people and takes her job seriously. She speaks fluently, so it was easy to communicate and enjoy socializing. My pedi only took about 45 minutes (not including drying time of course) and I was well overdue so she had alot to deal with. My nails turned out beautifully. I never felt rushed, nor like she cut any corners despite being her last client of the day.
If I lived closer this would be the only place I would go!!

I noticed this place when they were just opening it and couldn’t wait to try it out- I’m so glad I did! My Mom and I came in for mani/pedis and it was honestly the best nail salon experience I have had in YEARS. The salon itself is really well done- feels classy and well decorated. The people working there are equally as wonderful. They had sparkling water for us during. Our nails looked great and they even did some impromptu nail art on my mom’s toes- she was thrilled. At the end we got a lotion to take home which was a nice holiday touch! DEFINITELY will be back.

JB Nails is a beautiful, clean and very friendly environment. I highly recommend them. I got a manicure and dip on my nails. I have been going to this salon since it opened.

First time here but will definitely be back. Staff was great, salon was cozy and I’m super impressed with how they turned out.
