Dr Todd Connell Orthodontics

Dr Connell and his staff are the best experience I have had as a parent. All three of my children needed braces nearly at the same time. The first time I went to see Dr Connell with them he told me to come back in six months. I sure appreciated his honesty. When I returned, one of my children needed a spacer first and the other two are told to come back in additional six months.
First of all , I really appreciate that I was not coerced into braces for my kids before they really needed them. Dr Connell could see an issue forthcoming but did not want to pull teeth aggressively. Dr Connell’s staff was kind, courteous, professional, worked well with all of my kids, and was very accommodating to creating a financial plan especially having three kids in orthodontics at the same time. The results are fantastic! I highly recommend Dr Connell, both their Brookfield, and their Oak Creek offices.

We’re on our third child getting braces at Dr. Connell’s office. I appreciate that he impressed on each child that getting braces is a privilege and parents are paying quite a bit of money for straight teeth, therefore the child needs to do their part to care for their teeth.

The first two have been out of braces for a several years and we continue to be pleased with how straight their teeth are (yes they still wear their retainers). Dr. Connell is knowledgeable and upfront about the process. He has thanked us for choosing his practice each time. Every one of his staff members is kind and cheerful when we come into the office. If anyone is having a bad day they certainly don’t let it show to patients or family. They take the steps they need so that our insurance is billed. We’ve always chosen the payment plan option for our portion and that has gone smoothly.

I highly recommend Dr. Todd Connell! He takes the time to explain all your options with you to make the right choice for your family. He is does a great job talking to and listening to my children that they look forward to every appointment. We recommend him to all our family and friends!

Dr. Connell was recommended by my 14-year-old daughter's friend. Since our consultation was free, I decided that I'd take a chance on a teenager's doctor recommendation. Upon entering the office, my first reaction was, "Wow!"-bright, clean and not over-crowded. My daughter and I were seen within minutes of our appointment time, and Dr. Connell (and all of his staff) was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Braces are expensive, but this office offers a convenient payment plan. We decided to proceed and scheduled our daughter's next visits.
We showed up for (what I thought was) her first visit. There was a miscommunication; my calendar showed February appointments, but Dr. Connell's office showed March appointments. Not only did they offer a heartfelt apology for the mix up, they saw my daughter anyway-and rescheduled her next appointment with a smile. They handled the entire situation with grace, and nobody made us feel bad for the error.
I would HIGHLY recommend this office. I've worked in the optical industry for many years, and I believe patients should be treated just as I was at Dr. Connell's office.

The people are really sweet their I love going there I have a great time every time I go see them! I'm so glad I picked Dr. Todd connell orthodontist they are just amazing! I love going there it's so nice and clean to be honest nobody is mean to anyone well from my experience there I could be wrong but I doubt it! These people deserve to do what they do nobody can tell them wrong or tell them what to do if their a patient like in mean ways! These people are so amazing and I always have fun when I go there because I get to pick out the crazy colors and they work hard to keep this place open too they try their best like I love everyone there people they are literally so nice to everyone! Our children have been patients of Dr. Connell over the last 7 years. Everyone at the Oak Creek office, whatever their role, has always made us feel welcome, comfortable and important. Dr. Connell has guided our kids through expanders and braces with care and understanding. Our experience has been nothing but positive.

Being this was my first child to undergo orthodontic treatment, I shopped around and took her to five different orthodontists who all gave me differing opinions on how to handle her case of severe overcrowding of teeth. It became very confusing to us because they varied in their opinions on which approach to take. I wasn't completely comfortable with any of them, but when we had a consultation with Dr. Connell, I knew his discovery approach was the right one. He explained things very thoroughly from the start and his priority was on implementing a treatment that both my daughter and I understood and were comfortable with. He also worked closely with my daughter's dentist, when needed, so that dental issues could be coordinated in the best way possible with the orthodontic treatment. All throughout the process, Dr. Connell and his staff were completely professional and thorough. The best Orthodontist EVER. He was very upfront with everything from costs to length of treatment. He explained the entire process in a way that both my daughter and I could understand and made it very clear to her how responsible and committed she had to be both during and after treatment. She was on a two year plan, but after about 14 months was told she had probably received her maximum benefit which we thought would take a full two years and he removed her braces early. She is still wearing her retainer every chance she gets and is quite happy with her treatment and results. We were happy that it was cost effective and quite an easy process.

Todd Connell Orthodontics is the best place to go for your care. The staff are professional, so friendly, and really care about their patients. Todd is amazing with a great chair side manner. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs orthodontic care.

Dr. Connell and his staff are wonderful! Their offices run on time, are exceptionally clean, and they always welcome you in and make you feel comfortable. They are very trustworthy and knowledgeable as well!

There are many kind and energetic people who work there, (Especially Courtney). Everyone there has done such a wonderful job fixing my teeth, but my one issue is that they have horrible music playing whenever I come in for an appointment. Otherwise a really great place to get your teeth fixed.

My experience at Dr. Connell’s orrhodontics has been phenomenal. The service is wonderful and the office is always bright and clean. I’ve been going to him for a few years now because my teeth were horrible and now I’m in college, but he has been able to work around my schedule and we have made wonderful progress. I highly recommend him!

When I first came in 3 years ago, Dr. Todd and his team were amazing and helpful. They broke down the cost of braces and how long the treatment would be. My teeth were absolutely atrocious before braces. Over the course of 3 years, Dr.Todd and his team worked very hard to align my bite and straighten my teeth. After 3 years, I am so happy with my teeth and wouldn’t change anything. I highly recommend this office and the team!

Dr. Todd treated my 15 year old when she was in second grade. We had a bad experience at another orthodontist office and I decided to get a second opinion. I let Dr. Todd tell me what he thought her treatment plan should be before I told him we already had one opinion. I was shocked when he told me he could fix her teeth with only a retainer. I showed him my first written treatment plan and basically he was also baffled. Then, he broke down why he felt his plan would work. He also gave us a written guarantee that if she ended up needing braces later, he would credit us what we paid for the retainers. So we started treatment. In a very short time, her teeth were nearly perfect. I would like to point out that our first estimate was a three phase treatment plan, phase one would cost us $2500. Out of pocket, with two insurance plans. Dr. Todd's plan- $200. And eight years later she has one beautiful smile!

I was an adult patient here and couldn't be happier with the results and overall service. Dr. Connell and his staff are easy to talk with and always professional. I couldn't recommend them anymore.

My daughter got her expander here in May. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating with scheduling. We had two adjustments last minute and it was always fast & friendly.
