Do not be lured in by the reputation of the previous owner/operator of this business! I've had no issues until new management took over last year.
Attached you'll see what happened to my shirt due to 'incorrect instructions' on the fabric label. For an expensive shirt that I wore ONCE, I agreed that it would be fair for repayment of half of the price. Two months after our arrangement, they said that the would contact the manufacturer and have them issue a new shirt. Nine months later they still have not paid for damages or replaced my shirt. Recently they said they would no longer honor our agreement and could only offer in-store credit. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

Had a truly horrifying experience getting my wedding dress cleaned here. When I walked in to the building it smelled so strongly of weed like the employee had been smoking inside. Should have left then, but instead I dropped my dress off and when I picked it up, got home, unzipped the bag, I realized they gave me someone else's dress. It had a different person's name on it and everything even though they have a ticketing system. I called them 10+ times the next day and left a voicemail and nobody ever picked up. This is a really poorly run business and I would not trust them with your belongings.
