If you need a nice break between classes or later in the evening, this place is great. Newly renovated there are plugs for everyone, TV's galore, and pub food that rivals any Wisconsin sports bar. Come for a beer and a burger

The spicy chicken sandwich was super tasty. Bacon, pepper cheese and spicy honey sauce. AND, the new remodel turned out great. Lots of TV's, pool table, and cool lighting.

Typical pricing but decent food and the new look is nice. Staff is always great and attentive.

The Gasthaus is my favorite eating place on campus. The food choice is very nice as I was looking for a restaurant that served pub food. The meals are given out very quickly which is nice as I don't want to wait 30+ minutes for a burger as I could at other bars. The service is also good as the person at the cashier gave me a better meal than the one I had asked for since I could've just gotten one that was a cut down version of the other. 5/5

This is a nice place to grab a drink and a bite to eat while at UWM. I have been here a couple of times with classmates and it is quite convenient to have something on campus like this. The environment is enjoyable but they have stuck a good balance between an entertainment environment and a place to gather with people to work on projects.

The drink and food menus are both basic and good. No complaints on either and the prices are reasonable.

Not really a whole lot to say here. It's just bar food. I do have one piece of advice. Sub tots. Always sub tots.

Great food and affordable beer. I still live in the neighborhood after graduation and still come here from time to time. It is a great place to watch a game or get together and study for group projects. Only drawback is that it closes really early.
