He also did a great job explaining each item i purchased so that i was educated on the product before helping me with installation. I was able to get everything i needed done in one trip thanks to him! Great location and i i recommend people go to this location of they are in need of car related help. Thanks Caleb!

Very friendly team. The store was clean and organized. I made a quick stop on the way home to pick up a couple of things. I gave them my vehicle information, and they were able to look up the part in a few seconds. Great service. Parts at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended for the DIY!

Very affordable parts and a convenient location.
I bought some of the expensive windshield wiper blades for our RAV 4 - I believe it came to almost one hundred dollars. They barely lasted for six months. I the decided to go with Bosch wiper blades for $17.99 each. They work much better and do not leave any streaks whatsoever. They've been on the vehicle for almost five months and they still work great!

The place has friendly customer service. They stayed open late to get me an oil filter for a friend that bought the wrong one from another place! We wanted to finish the oil change late at night so they stayed open 10 extra minutes! This was a great help to us!!!!

This store has great customer service. I had trouble with a windshield wiper replacement about 3 weeks after I purchased it. The store manager (Marisela?) and the sales person (Daniel) listened, were respectful, and replaced the replacement. Thank you! You've earned a loyal customer for as long as this store operates!

Hello. My lady’s 2007 GMC Envoy started to make weird noises a couple weeks back. I finally got to working on it today with enough time and courage, even though it was cold as ever.. I bought new spark plugs and was able to install them. this took me all day as i have never changed them before. This turned the check engine light off, but the engine was still knocking and squeaking. I told her to follow behind me and we would go here. Daniel M. a sales associate was the most kind, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable person i have ever met while looking for parts. He not only came out of the store in 12 degree weather to help me, but also 3 or 4 others. He helped me / instructed me on how to put on a new spark plug coil, as well as helped me locate my lady’s Transmission fluid dip stick (usually red, but for some reason was black on hers…) and even borrowed me a funnel to pour in the fluid, then proceeded to lay on the ground and make sure no fluid was leaking. I have never experienced such customer service before in my life. We are both extremely grateful for Daniel and AutoZone!

Dan the store manager on 27th street was so helpful and polite. He checked my brake fluid on my CRV, and he added more fluid. I am so grateful. God Bless you, and I am so appreciative.

I am 78 years old and I went to the store to get windshield wipers they were so nice to me and got me the right ones they put them on and they were very polite there was a man and the lady in the store and they were very very kind and nice I’m so happy they put them on for me also the store was very very clean and I felt safe in there

Friendly service. Great selection of products. Great prices. I bought some nice Foster Grant sun glasses and some valve caps that look like little grenades for my new tires and wheels. They are awesome!!

UPDATE: My prior review was for Advanced Auto NOT for Auto Zone! The Auto Zone regional manager contacted me and was wonderful, despite the mistake being mine! When I went into Auto Zone everyone was masked and social distancing was encouraged. Customer service was outstanding!

I waited to ask for help. While doing so I saw 3 different customers with NO masks! All the were speaking to employees at the counter so it was highly visible. I walked out and won't go back.

I went to the store to get my battery checked and thought I was going to be in and out. Ms. Nicole the Assistant Store Manager and Daniel went above and beyond. After finding out I needed a new battery I was headed elsewhere to get a new battery put in my car, but it wouldn’t start. They attempted to use the jump start machine they had but it wasn’t working. Ms. Nicole attempted to jump my car with her personal vehicle. That didn’t work, so I ended up having to get my battery there. Ms. Nicole didn’t want me to be stranded so she herself put the battery in for me, which didn’t prove to be an easy task! Above and beyond at its finest! And to top it off...she didn’t even break a nail! Money well spent! Thank you again!!!
