Colectivo Coffee of Bay View

Lovely Colectivo, a little reminiscent of the original location on Lake Dr, with a dining area upstairs with an open view of the lower level.
The bakery (Troubadour) is also located inside, with glass window dividers for a clear view of all the goings on inside. Bakery items kept coming out (around 1pm) and getting refilled. It smelled so good and they were so tempting! Keto blues….

Anyway, not all Colectivo locations are all great. But this one was good. Servers were nice. Coffee was as expected. Atmosphere was stellar!

I've been coming to this place every day for more than two years, and the reason behind that is the coffee shop staff
I am a very careful person in my choice of coffee, I like it in a certain percentage compared to milk, and the workers in the coffee shop understand this, and they always ask me if my coffee is the way I like it, and if I do not like the coffee, they love to make another coffee for me
All employees, without exception, I feel comfortable with them, especially Rene
This place is my favorite place and I hope it always stays at this level and I wish they put more options for vegetarians and non-pork eaters

Super cute coffee shop. It was too cold for the Uber cute patio they had . This is connected to a bread shop. Definitely not complaining. Got a wrap, and it was amazing! The lavender honey coffee was excellent as well!

I love this Bay View location and their 2 level shop! The atmosphere is great and coffees are always perfect! Had my first Peppermint Latte of the season. Yum! Shared some chicken melt sandwich with my daughter which was totally delish! In warmer weather their is some outdoor seating... just a cute place overall!

Beautiful place with indoor and outdoor seating. Everyone there was so lovely, they complimented my Edward twilight shirt and when I asked for decaf tea recommendations I was told the sportea with cranberry juice and it was super good!!! Colectivo near me in Waukesha when??

Great atmosphere to meet up with a friend, study, or do some reading! There is plenty of seating in this location; I love the outdoor seating and semi-outdoor seating. Staff there are great, and very welcoming/accommodating! The coffee and food are always amazing! I love their sweet potato bowl, with a fried egg on top!! They have WiFi available to all patrons, and it works great! They also have a small parking lot for patrons, which is amazing in that area! The one complaint I have is that when I was using the bathroom, a sharp metal edge sliced (pretty superficial but still) my hand. I informed the staff and they said they’d address it. Also, would be nice if there were hooks in both stalls to hang bags/purses on while using the restroom! All in all, highly recommend!!

Such a great area to be in. The power cold brew choco banana is delicious. Great if you need a quick meal since there's pea protein in it and cold brew. I also love their variety in dairy free options.

The barista custom made me a drink and it was the best one I've ever had there. Great service as usual. They know how to treat their guests.

Such a neat place. I was lucky enough to get a table by the window. Great place for lunch/snack and conversation.

Nice coffee shop in a very accessible location, right on the Green/15/53 buses. Lots of space to work and plentiful outdoor seating when it's warm.

Another Collectivo location that we feel is another “our Collectivo” staple. It feels like we are at this location just as much as a few others, and what’s not to love about this spot. Great outdoor season when the weather is right, as well as a patio/sunroom area to enjoy. Once inside, you’d think the seating is very limited and that’s it, however, there is a decent sized seating upstairs that they also have for offices/business needs! And if it’s not icing on the cake, there are a few spots to view the employees in the back of this location making the delicious breads and baked goods for the many venues in the area. Our daughter loves to watch them work hard on these great smelling eats, and so do we!

Cool atmosphere. Plenty of seating with both indoor and outdoor options. Strong coffee. Love the Potato Bacon Burrito.

New fav location, this spot is much larger and has a ton of seating. Large windows and beautiful natural light. Great place to meet others or get work done. I had a delicious chocolate chip cookie 🍪 with just the right amount of sea salt.

I like the layout, there's seating downstairs, but they also have seating upstairs that overlooks the first floor (depending on where you sit).

Staff was kind and service was speedy! I can totally see myself coming back to study, do some work, or just hangout with a friend. Will be back soon!

This is a nice location. Staff is nice and helpful. They just need to improve the lighting over the west end of the long communal table.

I LOVE this coffee shop! One of my friends used to work here before they rebranded, and I can never get enough! I try to make it up to Milwaukee as much as I can to buy all the bags of coffee! I know you can order online and have it shipped, but seeing this location in real time and being able to sit and soak it all in, is what I love the most. Now that they are local to Chicago, I'll have to check out their locations closer to me. A little road trip for some delicious coffee and some incredible atmosphere is worth it in my book. See you all again soon!

The Croissant egg and goat cheese sandwich seems to be crafted of a goddess with all the love of 100 grandmothers; It is Crispy, light and packed with flavor. The drink, akin to ambrosia, would satisfy even the foulest beast and force joy into their heart and soul. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED AND ITS GOOD AF🥹

Good selection of coffee and tea drinks. Cool decor and the space is nice and open with plenty of outdoor seating. Quick service located in a hip area of town. I got the revv hot tea which is a ginger tea. Nice spice from the ginger sometimes ginger teas from other places are kind of mild. Would recommend.

Visited the location today when they were severely short staffed. Amazed at how friendly and cheerful the staff was, even when they were clearly stressed and trying to get out countless orders. I was especially impressed by the gentleman with the short hair and tattoos who took our order and the gentleman with the pink hair who made our drinks. They are very hard workers who did it all with kindness and grace.
