Norbert and his partner were so wonderful to me.... I needed my Espresso machine hard wired and not only did they do it promptly, it was faulty and they came back within 2 hours of my call to fix it.... Michelle and Christine connected the dots to make this happen today, thank you!!!

Rudeness gets you nowhere!!!!!!!!!! ….I called to inquire about Installation work. The lady who answered refused to listen to the scope of work regarding installation of Level 3 car charging stations.... . Please don't advertise your services if you are not serious contractors whose main goals as a business is to fulfill service request or even not willing to listen to the customer inquiry BAD BUSINESS practice by a company is never forgotten or ethical.

The company has taken over 16 hours to fix something that they said would take 8-10 hours. At this rate, the problem might not even be fixed until morning. All cold food has gone bad and they are not answering calls to respond to concerned tenants. Terrible service. Do not trust them.
