My experience with Dr. Kaminski over the past couple of years has been nothing short of amazing. She is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She has always made me feel welcome, heard, understood and more than anything, comfortable. She is extremely personable and has always gone the extra mile to answer any questions I have. She has explained, in great detail, all of the steps she and I have taken as a team to move my general health in the right direction. The steps she takes and her actions make it very clear that she wants to help others and is in this practice for all of the right reasons. I would recommended Dr. Kathryn Kaminski to anyone!

They are impossible to get ahold of. All I need is for them to send me a code to activate my new portal account so I can send a message to my doctor. That's it.

UPDATE: The phone systems seem to be working now, at least most of the time. Love my doctor here, she's great!

Not sure why there is terrible reviews. Remember to be kind and these are people who are short staffed and overworked. Never had a problem with this place. Love Dr Mario.

Dr. Spelich and his staff..(Especially Chris in front)... it's been almost a year and 4 visits.. He shows genuine interest in how I am and makes you feel comfortable and confident to share everything. Thankful for consistently great care

Edit- I originally posted a negative review because of their broken website which would not allow me to schedule a follow up with my doctor and trying to do it over the phone would have put me on hold for hours. I decided to go down there instead and do it in person and a very helpful woman in reception, named Christine, was more than accommodating. So I've bumped my review score up because of her help but this clinic's website needs to be fixed so patients can easily see their physicians.

It’s UNFORTUNATE they have so many ppl calling that I can’t get through to speak to my doctor about hardly anything! I keep getting rescheduled and I show up and realized they rescheduled my appointment! They need to hire more ppl for the phones because this is REDICULOUS

Had a great doctor here for a long time who left and now I’ve been with a doctor I put a lot of trust in. Unfortunately at this time I will likely have to switch away from having Kaminsky as my primary care doctor as all my specialist doctors have pointed fingers at her being unable to do her job properly. She rushes patients in an out even for full physical in under 5 minutes, she is unable to read charts from other practitioners (after getting them faxed over myself) and just overall has a very rushed an unprofessional attitude.

I’ve never had a worse experience with a physicians office. My provider left and no one said a word to me, no letter, no email, nothing. Had to find out for myself by calling when my prescription refill never went through. Told me they would send it to another provider to fill who I’m guessing didn’t feel like it. She proceeds to call me to establish care with someone else from their office, no help with my current prescription I have now been out of for over a week. These people could not care less about you or your needs, they do not care about you as a patient.

Have been going to this clinic since 2005. Around the start of the pandemic things changed and now phone calls aren’t returned, it takes hours on hold, my doctor left the practice and I wasn’t informed. The new doctor has the bedside manner of a district attorney accusing you of a crime. Did not feel respected as a person, did not feel empathy for my condition nor that of family members which contributes directly to mine. The staff acts as if seeking treatment for illness is med seeking behavior. I have never been so offended and had my health care so mismanaged in my life. I would rather never see a doctor again than return to this clinic

The only thing keeping this location in business is one doctor and you know who you are Doctor K. I called in July for a physical and the earliest I could be seen by my primary was late October. I offered to be seen by another provider and apparently you can only be seen by your primary for physicals at this location, which is news to me.

When I called to get my appointment I was also met with the rudeness that is to be expected here from the office staff at this location. Blamed me for not contacting them earlier and telling me there is nothing they can do.

Are all of these reviews terrible because 2 of the best doctor's there left? I do have to agree, I was on hold for a very long time 3x that I called to get in for an appointment with a new dr. there since mine left. Because of my experience, I gave up and went with a different group of doctor's and am very happy that I changed. No place should be this hard to get through. I keep reading that they strive to do their best. By the dates of the reviews, it's been awhile that they strive and still haven't resolved the issue. Glad I made the change. It's a sad situation!

I have been going here for more than 25 years (when it was still on capitol) and never been so frustrated with the office staff there. Like all the other reviews, it takes forever to get someone on the phone and half the time they are new and have no idea what they are doing. As far as the billing staff, they just resubmitted a bill my insurance paid a year ago for payment again. Obviously they have been short-staffed and struggling since Ascension took over, as I’ve never experienced these issues before. It’s really too bad, as the physicians are top notch. But to wait an hour to make an appointment? I think not..

I don't want to put anyone on blast but I need to chime in with everyone- absolutely do not go here

1- I was charged $650 for a primary care appointment (after insurance). I received two bills for one visit. When I asked why, I was told there is a "doctors bill" and a "visit bill". for the same visit. The appointment wasn't more than half an hour. They took one X-Ray, but called me later to tell me they'd done it incorrectly and wouldn't be able to use it, but I was "probably fine". I was still charged

2- The doctor I saw (who was actually really fantastic) gave me a medication that caused me some rather scary cardiac symptoms. I spent over a month trying to get in touch with him, sat through multiple 1+ hour wait times, each time calling on a different day/ time. I eventually had to give up and speak with another doctor as it was obviously somewhat urgent.

Just... don't. It's been a medical and financial nightmare. If you don't have the staff to safely operate a medical clinic, then shut down. This isn't a restaurant or bar, not having access to medical advise or ability to communicate with a prescribing physician is not an inconvenience, it's extremely dangerous
