We purchased a vehicle out of state and we're not in person to take ownership. They managed the process flawlessly with consistent communication letting us know where we were at every step of the process. They were willing to do a video chat to show the vehicle to us since we couldn't see it in person and the vehicle came in exactly the condition they advertised! Financing was easy. Actually the entire process was easy! Would highly recommend!

In my many years of purchasing vehicles, this transaction was by far the most comfortable. The salesperson was very easy to get along with and answered my questions in a very professional manner. I was able to test drive two different models. I could choose my own route and was able to make an informed decision based on my prior investigation online about each model as well the information I received from my salesperson. There was no pressure. I could take as much time as I wished and ask as many questions as I wished. Everyone from the salesperson to the business manager, to the lot manager, to the service department treated me with respect. I believe they dealt very fairly with me. They met my budget and then some. I would recommend this dealership to others and already have. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being poor and 10 being excellent, I would rate my experience a 10.

Easy buying process. Jackie our saleswoman was great. She was honest, respectful and professional. The dealership did not push any extra warranties (offered them) service agreements etc. We were able to coordinate all financing ahead of time remotely and came in to do final signatures- all in all we spent less than 1 hr picking up the car. Excellent service- fair price and will consider them for the next vehicle purchase.

I'm a retired automotive technician at a dealership for over 30 years , and know how dealing for a car can go. I have to say Eric at the dealership was above all my expectations, knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and wants. The best part is , no games, no trickery, great service from the initial sit down , through finance, to the final delivery. Simply a pleasure A+.

Best car buying experience I’ve had in years. No pressure sales. Jackie my sales representative and Steve the sales manager were easy to work with and listened when I told them my budget, and did not try to push it higher like most dealers. They gave me above KBB on my trade (which I still owed on). The 2018 Outback I purchased has just over 103k miles. It is beautiful and runs great. At the time the A/C was not working properly, they gave me a “We Owe” ticket and got me in the following Saturday to fix it and set me up with a loaner for the weekend, in case it would need parts ordered. Got it back working Monday afternoon. Couldn’t ask for a better experience with a service department either.
I also was able to get a 7 year 60,000 mile warranty, which is great for a non certified used car. The financial guy (sorry forgot your name) worked that into my deal. Thanks.
I almost never leave reviews, Subaru City deserves a great one. Other dealers take notice. From start to finish best experience buying a car. Nicest staff, great customer service, highly recommended.

I have never been to a place with more friendly and helpful staff. As soon as you exit your vehicle there is someone to greet you with a smile. I arrived with what I thought was an unrealistic dream car for my budget and they made it happen! They really went above and beyond for me. Communication was great and never pushy. My salesmen, Phil, came in on his day off so I could pick up my vehicle when I had very limited time. The manager, Steve, answered all my questions and followed up with me promptly when I had problems with my trade in. I do not remember the finance guys name but he also was so friendly and personable. He made signing paperwork less of a chore. My husband has also bought 2 cars here and I can’t imagine going somewhere else. 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased a 2024 outback recently and this dealership had great customer service. When they reached out to me because of my online inquiry, they weren’t TOO much like other places. It also wasn’t a generic outreach either which was nice.
When we went to the dealership we worked with Andy. He was great! A few days after owning the car I ran over a nail and had a completely flat tire. I called Andy and he explained to me (again) how to use road side assistance. He then called me the next day to make sure I was ok.
I used their service center to fix the tire and they had great customer service as well. The last place I went to could take some lessons from here.

Went in wanting to test drive Subarus as my wife and I had never owned one before. The sales professional we ended up talking to was Anthony Holliday, and let me tell you, Anthony was a pleasant surprise compared to the traditional car salesman. Anthony was genuine, was knowledgeable with the different vehicles we had asked questions about, and was very polite and personable. It was because of him we came back two days later ready to buy. Thanks to him and Nick from the finance department, we were able to leave in a certified 2023 Outback for a great price. Awesome car, awesome service.

Pretty seamless deal. 3rd straight Subaru Ascent with Subaru City. Cory was not high pressure nor did he play a lot of games to get the deal put together. This is a very professional dealership. Very easy going, experts on their fleet, and were not pushy at all. They helped me get the car I wanted and not the car they wanted to sell me. They never tried to upsell. They were honest, professional, up front, and made the process easy and exciting rather than stressful. They have earned my business from now on. Highly recommend.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tires rotation. The service advisor was very courteous and thorough in explaining the courtesy safety check that was performed on my vehicle. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable about the mechanical workings of a vehicle and I would like to point out that this dealership has never tried to sell me something or perform service on the vehicle that it didn’t need. The customer waiting area was very clean and supplied with a large variety of complementary beverages and some snacks. The service appointment was performed far quicker than I expected. Always had a great experience talking my vehicle to this dealership for service work.

Schlossmann Subaru City is a pleasure to do business with. Their whole staff is outstanding- professional and honest. The service department is exceptionally great to work with. Service includes, free valet pickup and return and free car wash. Also included is a video of the car after service and inspection. All the staff is friendly and really want to do a good job. This is the best dealership I’ve ever done business with!

10/10 experience, the representative that helped me out was very caring and spoke to me like a genuine person that cared about my issue. I came in for a simple tail light repair, they quoted me an accurate waiting time, and a rep came out after about 45 minutes letting me know where things were at. They were even able to help my final repair cost out and they kindly walked me out to my vehicle after it was all done. Felt like I was family there, and felt like they did the right thing, the right way, without trying to up charge or scam me. Will always be bringing my car here from now on, thank you for a good experience.

Very helpful and friendly, and not at all pushy. It was a great experience both time I bought cars here! The entire process was painless and my salesman and my finance man were both super helpful and absolutely terrific! I can’t think of anything that could’ve gone better! They bent over backwards to get me what I wanted and were very easy to work with! I will only ever use this dealership.

I recently bought a new 2024 Subaru Forester from Schlossmann. They were recommended to me by a very car business knowledgeable friend. They were fair, friendly, professional, very courteous and wonderful to work with. No games or pushiness at all. I also got a very good price and good value for my trade in. I approach car buying skeptically, but this was my best car buying experience ever. If buying a Subaru in the Milwaukee area, I would recommend them highly.
