Fast to get in to see them even on short notice.

I checked in and went to the floor of my appointment the nurse was calling for me as I got off the elevator, this had to do with timing of course and the doctors availability regarding other patients, (we all know how this works and sometimes their is a wait) I got in immediately to see my doctor. If anyone is new to the area or just looking for a doctor, dr.Townshend is a great choice!!

I love this clinic, my doctor, Patrick Allen, is professional and I usually don't have to wait long to see him. Thorough and a pleasure to visit.

Staff was very helpful and informative, building is very nice looking, and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen.

Only had to get stabbed once

We have had so many issues with them. Every test, or appointment its likes pulling teeth trying to get a hold of them or trying to get answers from them. My husband has been having lots of health issues he has been out of work for almost 2 months. He has had a Ct scan that took over a week to hear anything back on, and we had to call them to get any information. He had a MRI that took over 2 weeks that again we had to call them to get any information. Same with referrals the doctors states they put in a referrals and we are waiting weeks for someone to get back to us and we end up calling multiple time. And called them instead of them calling us. It is ridiculous. And now our doctor is telling that he can go back to work but before he couldn't go back to work until after he saw the cardiologist. I am done with all the waiting and doctors not caring about what is going on with their patients. Absolutely horrible.

Charged me $300 for a simple urine test any other lab would do for <150. Would not have had it done there if I knew insurance wouldn’t cover it especially since Aspirus is labeled as a preferred provider with UHC.

Whether you are calling them for something, or going in to have literally anything done; be expected to wait 45+ minutes. The turnaround feels very slow and inefficient.
