Better Hearing Center

Very customer friendly, very responsive and great customer support. We have moved to the Minneapolis area, but they still check in with me and provide me with answers when I need them. When we made it back, we stopped had my aids cleaned and refilled some supplies. Highly recommend this place!

Very caring professional service. Willing to spend the time needed to make sure you get the best results out of your hearing aids.

Replacing the tiny device was difficult until I went back to the Hearing Center and was shown how a simple thumb mail makes it much simpler and easier. The crew there is polite, experienced and helpful.

The person at the front desk at Better/Hearing was very helpful and courteous. She assisted me with my hearing aids, great!

My Dad was hospitalized and they lost his hearing aids. I worked with the hospital to pay for replacements. Better Hearing Center reordered and programmed Dad's hearing aids and worked with the hospital for payment. They made things quite easy for me to get the new hearing aids quickly. I appreciated their assistance as I had a lot going on with my Dad.

Better Hearing Center is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They will always do everything they can to get you an appointment in a timely fashion, work with you, and answer all your questions. They are knowledgeable about the latest hearing technology, make recommendations when warranted, and work with you to try new products on a trial basis. I highly recommend this business!

Shawn and his staff at Better Hearing Center do an amazing job. Shawn set me up with new hearing aids and I couldn’t be happier. Customer service is great and he actually cares about his clients. I had an issue today with my hearing aids and Shawn resolved it in no time and was so helpful. I can’t express how great they are. They do an excellent job in everything they do! I will never go to another hearing doctor again.

I have been with Better Hearing for several years now. I looked several places before choosing them, and am so glad I made the right choice. They worked with my insurance and have a gray plan for having a yearly hearing check that keep my hearing aids functioning correctly.
I have truly felt that both the receptionist and the people who dealt with me and my hearing needs really cared about what was best for ME! They are organized, polite, very skilled, and have made accommodations for everything I have needed.
