Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wausau

Staff kind & considerate to my needs. I'm handicapped need a cane can't walk far, they put me in room by exit door easy to get to parking, unfortunately others parked so they didn't have to walk far also, but they really tried. Thank You for that !!!
At checkout I was waiting to hear if my wife had to stay one more night @ hospital next door, when I got word & was leaving a member of house keeping gave me a hand with my bags to front desk she never gave it a second thought & I thank her for that also.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield in Wausau/Weston WI when in town for 3 days of skiing. The hotel staff was wonderful and very warm and welcoming during each exchange and the breakfast was very good. Other than it being a bit outdated, everything else was awesome, enough for me to want to take the time to write a review which I don’t usually do.

Located very close to Wausau and so many fun things to do. Staff were all super friendly as well as helpful. Room was spacious for my family of four which meant everyone was comfortable during our stay. Prices were also very reasonable for the room we booked. Nothing bad to say about this property or the people running it. We would definitely come back in the future.

Pretty good hotel. A bit outdated I'd say compared to other Fairfields but still very clean. Front desk were super friendly. They knew the area well and pointed me where I needed to go. Air conditioner in room is better than I'm used to when staying in hotels. It keeps room at a pretty consistent temperature. It doesn't come on and blow till it's 10° colder then the set temp then shut off and wait till it's 10° above set temp. So I had a great sleep. Linens were nice and fresh. Shower has excellent water pressure. Coffee maker in my room was clean. Can't say I have ANY complaints. I would definitely recommend. I haven't tried breakfast since I leave too early before it comes out. I come to town for work so I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I have stayed here numerous times over the last several months for work. The staff is always so helpful, friendly and accommodating! The rooms are very spacious and always clean. The rooms themselves could use some modern updates appearance wise, but overall everything you need for a stay-clean and comfortable. I travel a lot for work and this is the only hotel where I have been remembered and even had a "welcome back" note waiting for me in my room a few times. The personalization and details really are what makes this hotel stand out. The gym is also very clean and perfect for a quick workout while away. The breakfast is always hot and fresh and they always have a lot of variety. Highly recommend this hotel!

In town for a wedding, we had a great 1-night stay at this property. We were greeted by a clean and inviting lobby, friendly front desk staff, and plenty of luggage carts to assist our arrival. The rooms were slightly above what I we expected, and the hallways were clean and well lit. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom sparkled. We didn’t use any of the amenities during our short stay, but the busy hot breakfast the next morning was kept supplied to the best of their ability. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a great hotel to stay at! Staff is friendly and the rooms are great. I have stayed twice and will stay again soon.

Great, basic place. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Megan (Meghan) at the front desk took me in the Marriott van to get groceries. I dearly appreciated her, as I try to stay Keto as much as possible and it’s hard to do when you’re traveling! Everyone was friendly. Thanks for a great experience. Very nice hotel. The staff were ALL amazing and friendly! If ever in the area again, I'll definitely be staying here again. Area is quiet and not much traffic, easy access in and out.

We've stayed here several times and it's always a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service, very clean and great amenities. Breakfast is always good and the pool and workout center are really nice too.

Pam was super nice. When we found out there was a miscommunication about our room not being booked for 2 nights she immediately called another hotel in area to get us another room.
We appreciate everything the staff did to accommodate us.
The pool was nice. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were cleaned . We asked for extra towels/ blankets, they were brought up right away.

Great place! Ours had a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate couch and desk room. 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the couch and desk room. Very nice, clean, and well maintained. Great hot breakfast. Has an exercise room, pool, and hot tub. Everything outside of the room is also clean and well maintained. Definitely deserves the high ratings it receives.

Gairfield Inn & Suites, always Reasonably priced, the breakfast is always very fresh and good, Good quality coffee that's important.

All the staff here are pretty cool. Shout out to Chris the Maintenance man. Over the winter when it snowed, he took time out of his day to remove all the snow from the front and rear windshields of all the guests out here at the hotel. I can't imagine how cold he was for all those cars, but that gesture really made my day that much better and happier.

I am on the road 100 or more days a year. This by far the best Fairfield Inn. Service is friendly and fast rooms are ckean and ready.

My fiance and I travel a lot and come to town few times outta the year. We really love staying here very comfortable stay very beautiful area. The staff is very friendly and is very accommodating. It's the best hotel in Weston WI.

Huge fan of this hotel! Rooms and service were fantastic. We stayed 3 days and they kept our room stocked and picked up. No complaints about anything seeming any type of messy or unkempt. The pool area was great with towels out for guests, bathroom in there is freezing for some reason. Breakfast staff was great and the set up was really good, tons of choices.

Loved my stay here. Diane at the front desk was a delight and made me feel like I was at home. Gave great recommendations for food in the area and the staff was always friendly. Will stay again in a heartbeat. Also the morning breakfast is the best around.
