I’m very happy with the work BRB performed on my vehicle to repair some hail damage it received. They made the entire process smooth and easy, plus they took care of any adjustments that were needed with the insurance company.

I hope I never need any kind of body work done again, but if I do I’ll definitely want to use BRB again. The end-result of what they’ve done exceeded what I could’ve even hoped for.

they did excellent work on my 2008 honda accord. the quality of the replaced rear bumper cover and the paint is just as good as the day when the car was new

We unfortunately were involved in a hit and run with my wife's 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid. BRB went above and beyond to make sure not only the vehicle was repaired properly, but to also make sure we were taking care of.

Communication through the whole process was amazing! They took time to show me what I asked without making me feel rushed or a bother to them. Dave was the technician and he was fantastic! Mary and Amy were super friendly and warm. When I picked up my car it had been detailed! Definitely an unexpected surprise. Mary clearly explained the warranty on the work they did and made me feel like part of the family. I will definitely send everyone I know to BRB for bodywork and paint jobs.

They were awesome my vehicle was returned sooner than expected and the work was excellent the car was washed in detailed I couldn't be more pleased.

During one of the worst snowfalls this season the people at BRB didn’t hesitate to come get me when I had car trouble, non-accident related. Laying in the snow to get things hooked up and the driving the wrecker on some of the worst roads we had in forever we had a nice chat and they were able to drop the car off in the driveway.

I have taken my vehicle to BRB twice and each time they exceeded my expectations. Today, I took it in for some minor damage that happened on my passenger side back door, and they were able to buff it out while I was there and fix it all within maybe 10-15 minutes. Excellent customer service and friendly staff!! Mary (I believe that is her name) who works at the front desk was awesome. She kept me in the loop while I waited and was very understanding of my situation, even though I was a little embarrassed from how the damage happened. 10/10 recommend to anyone! 😊

BRB was reccomend by my insurance company to repair my back bumper. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and how clean the inside of my car was when I got it back. They also got the film off of my headlights while I had it there. Definitely would recommend and would take my car back there if I need any other work done in the future.

Had our suv in to be repaired after hitting a deer and we were very happy with the customer service right from the get go. After the repairs were complete we picked up the vehicle after hours, very convenient. We had some issues on the way home and contacted them the next morning with our concerns. They immediately apologized and even offered to pick the vehicle up. They fixed the problem and we are very satisfied. Would highly recommend BRB

We hit a deer and took it to BRB. Their customer service was great and friendly. Estimation was done quick and accurately. It took only 3 days to get the damage fix. When we got the car back, we were surprise to see that the interior was cleaned as well. We were extremely happy with the job they did and will recommend this place to anyone looking for repairs.

We’ve had touchup maintenance as well as collision repair done with BRB and we are always happy with the quality of work and the friendly service. We have a vehicle with the diamond white tri-coat and there aren’t many shops around that do a good job matching paint on it. BRB nailed it, we were impressed.

Had my Jeep in for repair on on the passenger front fender that needed to be repainted. I wasn't able to pick it up on Friday evening when it was originally ready. We decided to pick up on Monday (today). I got a call at 8:30 am to tell me the Owner had stopped in, looked at my Jeep and wasn't happy with the end result and sent it back into the shop to be fixed. My Jeep was ready to go by 2:30. A+++ customer service guys. I very much appreciated the extra time to make sure my fender was in perfect condition!! Will come back for future autobody needs. Thank you so much!!

My vehicle took over a month to get fixed, but when I got it back it looked brand new. They detailed it and even refilled my windshield wiper fluid. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. Thanks brb!
