Mushroom sandwich was soooooo good! The staff was friendly and the decorations were cute. There isn’t a ton of seating when it’s cold but definitely going to come back when it’s warm!

Excellent buttery pastry savory pies and interesting sandwich combinations. Portions are sensibly sized with a focus of quality over quantity.

Nice place to sit outside with a beer too, there's outdoor heaters for the unusual days where it's a bit cold in Milwaukee.

I went to smallpie, due to the building's design. I had no idea what it was. However when I went in I was greeted by two wonderful people!! After looking at the menu I went with the cheddar and apple sandwich which was so, so good. I got a few things to go. This is a place with stopping in at!!! The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I'll be back!!

Great little stop if you want something quick or on the go. Outdoor seating, weather permitting. The coffee is great as well as the food. The staff is friendly and the shop small and charming. I highly recommend pretty much everything from here.

It was a great experience and staff was very helpful. However, the reason I went there was Google indicated that they had hot Ham and hard rolls. It turns out that was stopped years ago.

Cute location on a quiet corner with a walk up window and plenty of outdoor seating. Delicious savory hand pies (we had the sausage hashbrowns and the Cuban pork) and fruit pie (peach). The coffee is a great blend paired with the flaky pie crust.

Cute little place with wonderful food and service and interesting location and pet friendly. HAVE to have their fresh bakery.

Our local pie shop is a rare treat for us, we went for 3/14 (Pi Day) and they did well. A great selection of tasty treats, both savory and sweet.

My husband and I had a cheeseburger and broccoli cheddar hand pies. They were delicious. They asked if they were for here or to go. We had them heated up there and ate there

We stopped in here on our way out of town. Great selection of baked good. They were AMAZING! Everything we ordered was incredible. The toffee cookie was massive and soft and dense. The cherry hand pie was sweet and had a flakey rich caramelized crust. Just wow! I would highly recommend stopping at this location if you are in Milwaukee for the first time. Also the vanilla cake slice, incredible. I had to practice so much self discipline not to eat it all in one sitting.

Great place for a nice treat maybe a piece of pie or a cup of coffee but whatever you get you can't go wrong

Yes! Big fan. I love its simplicity and its very neighborhoody vibes. I live nearby so I have to say that it is very convenient for me to have such a place in business.

They don't offer huge menu. And the menu changes daily and sometimes hourly. This place offers fresh food.

Their savory pies are all great. The dessert too. I don't think you can go wrong with most options here.

The place allows for outdoor seating. I'm not sure if there is an accessible restroom right now since indoor is closed for public. Parking is not an issue.

Love the environment and the little out door seating had a chocolate moose pie was very delicious with a cold brew drink. Definitely going back.

The southern ham melt was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The Door County cherry pie alamode was amazing. Will definitely be back.

We have been coming here since they opened, and it just gets better and better. Come HUNGRY, and try as much as you can. We like to get two savory pies, and split a sweet pie. Nitro coffee from Pilcrow is absolutely wonderful - I think they inject it with happiness. Grab a frequent pie club card, and sit on the patio, and have yourself a delicious morning (or afternoon, or evening, as they’re open all day!) side note for the vegetarians - they have some of THE best vegetarian sandwiches in town.

This place is very cute. What makes this place awesome are the people who work here. So sweet and kind.

We love honey pie and palomino and were so excited to try small pie too! The hand pies were great and we got a mini pie too of course 😊we will definitely be back to try the brownie and cookies!

First visit, that will NOT be out last. Everything was so good, we took some items to go so we could do it again tomorrow!!! Go, go out of your way if you have to, it's worth it.
