Hyatt Regency Milwaukee

5 stars only because of the service was good there. Upon arrival Simone gave me good warm and friendly welcome. Then gave me great food recommendations. Walking score 9/10!

Then I had a problem with my AC. I was stuffy and had an itchy throat, stuffy head and headache- couldn’t figure it out. I called for AC service… AC was fine. I then asked for them to check the air filter…. There was about 3-4 inches of dust. They swapped it out, but left the ceiling towels out of place and the temperature taking device in the vents. Luckily, Simone rectified it for me.

Then there is Venus the bartender …. She was excellent, professional and made me good drinks. She even experimented with a new drink and that was amazing

This was the first time visiting a hotel and I have ever had a desk agent( Simone) to make me feel welcomed and the bartender (Venus) made my experience overlook the issues.

Just checking in and this is already one of the best hotels I’ve been in. Had a brief snafu with the reservation and Aloha was the most patient and helpful person with us!!! Honestly best customer service I’ve experienced. Rooms are clean, beds are amazing. Located within walking distance of plenty of local eateries.

Rooms have been updated since our last stay (in 2022). There is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby, along with a business area to do laptop work. Rooms equipped with amenities needed for our business trip, especially a small fridge (with microwaves in the hallways for use), and a very comfortable king-size bed with a fantastic downtown Milwaukee view. Service was friendly and helpful. There is a Valet service, with an attached parking garage for $28/night or street parking. ✨Would have liked to be informed of the different parking options, upon initial check-in.

I stayed one night at this location when I was in town for a concert at Fiserv Stadium. The location was perfect. It was just 2 blocks from the stadium. The room was very clean. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely a delight when checking in and out. I also enjoyed the glass elevators…they remind me of macys/Marshall fields in downtown Chicago. I had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again.

In Milwaukee on business. The Hyatt Regency room was pleasant. The bed was comfortable (most important). The bar/restaurant had simple, reasonably priced good food, and the bartenders were great. Walked to the Brat Hoyse and other local eateries, but all were crowded with basketball fans. Ate 2 nights at the hotel bar. Even the hotel store and store clerk was pleasant. If I ever need to be in Milwaukee again, I'll definitely book the Hyatt Regency.

One of the best views of downtown Milwaukee. This hotel is sleek & modern. The see through elevators add a touch of unexpected class. Check in was super easy and friendly. Both Aloha and Theresa made me feel at home and welcome from the moment I walked through the entrance. Not only do I recommend this hotel, I would say few hotels match this Hyatt in quality and service.

Good value for money, been here a bunch of times. Great location. Some difficulty with globalist perks a couple times (they forgot drink/app vouchers, valet got erroneously charged a few times) but staff always resolved quickly. Suite upgrades likely for globalists if you ask, and they are at low capacity. Rooms are dated, breakfast is just ok. Again, great value for money, amazing location. Will stay again and again.

Had an excellent experience at this hotel! Aloha, Amanda along with Theresa all were separately fantastic and with dazzling customer service! They were super accommodating along with helping us out with our extended stay and including parking arrangements! Thank you for making our time in Milwaukee a pleasant one and we cannot wait to come back all the way from Windsor Ontario, Canada!

Aloha was the best service I've had yet at any hotel, she gave us some drink tickets for the bar downstairs. Was super kind and helpful and has an AWESOME name.

I gave the rooms and service 4 stars because the showers and lights were not the greatest and when I requested more bath towels(full size,) I only received hand/face towels. Otherwise, it has a beautiful interior and is in a great location!

Aloha, she was amazing! Helped me understand the lay of the land and hooked me up to make sure I have easy access to my event without having to move around too much. She provided great service and information in regarding the hotel. Thank you so so so much!

Great hotel for Bucks games. It’s literally right across the street from the arena. I was welcomed by Charles and Theresa at the front desk. They were very helpful and kind to my son and I , and got our stay in Milwaukee off to a great start. It’s people like Charles and Theresa that will bring me back for another stay. Thanks!!!!

You cannot beat the price and location of this hotel. Our one room smelled like smoke. But they were happy to switch it. The location is perfect for downtown exploring! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this well-managed hotel. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. It is only two blocks away from the Fiserv Forum and the Riverside Theater. The Milwaukee Public Market, Children's museum, art museum, and waterfront parks were also within reasonable walking distance with nice weather. I would highly recommend it as a base for exploring downtown Milwaukee and attending sporting/performance events.

We came to Milwaukee during the week to see Matt Rife and had a fantastic stay here. Aloha at the front desk was very helpful and super kind. We very much appreciate everything she did for us. Will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Wonderfull front desk staff. Extremely accoodatong to every need we had. Our housekeeper Welansa was PERFECT. she did an amazing job at cleaning our room. Went above and beyond what we needed. Everyone needs to cone and check this hotel and staff out. You won't be disappointed.

I visited this Hotel in September for a wedding. The hotel was decent, but we really had a great experience thanks to Aloha. Aloha is one of the staff members who works at the front desk, and she is extremely helpful and personable! When we asked her how she could possibly help us maximize our experience during our stay, she even gave us some coupons for the restaurants in the hotel!

I came to Milwaukee from Cincinnati to officiate my nephew's wedding. My family and I all had about three rooms at the Hyatt. I feel as though three young ladies in particular deserve recognition for their service. Elva, Symone, and Lyah were all very helpful, informative, and courteous everytime we crossed paths. We appreciate all of the recommendations. I would definitely come back. Oh, and our rooms were nice and clean.

Very nice hotel located in downtown, about 15 minutes from airport. Front desk Staffs are very friendly room are nice with comfortable bed that give me a good sleep. It also near bay many restaurants and bar.
