Owner is very nice, greeted me with respect and dignity. Rooms were very well kept and the TV extra points. Soda machine doesn’t work but that’s fine they must promote a healthy lifestyle, even though his sons on the hefty side.

Staff and owner treat you like family. Very friendly clean up to date. I've been here for 4 months without any problems besides the last 2 reviews bothered me because i know everyone that comes in and out of here and those 2 have never been here and i believe the names fake. I would recommend this place to any and all my family and friends anytime.

I am the current tenant here have lived here since July of last year .... Have no issues and I do work for the hotel. I would recommend to friends and family. The owner has known my family since grade school .... While ever place you live has people come and go, over all this is a great place ...... I am still living here and enjoy the place .... Nicest place on South 27th

Found this little family owned gem in 1988 when I came up to work THE STATE FAIR in Wisconsin. Gave me and my salesman great weekly
rates.. Stayed every year until I retired in 2003. I watched their two children grow up and now one of them is running the place.. They treat ya right..

Very clean nice rooms for $50 a night - if they like you and youre a repeat guest. Guy who works the desk and maintenance is really nice. Best hotel on the strip BY FAR.

I like this motel. Convenient and owners a small family business very attentive to my needs. Respect my privacy. Very reasonable rates for long term stays.
