Most amazing and caring people. During the worse time of my life, Nicole (funeral director) was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. She made this process bearable and walked me through all the necessary steps to make my mother’s last day beautiful! Elizabeth was caring and helpful also. On 11 5 23 my brother in law passed away. I had contacted Cremation services earlier to find out how the process would go after death. The parent company was Max Sass + Co. When I gave all information Max Sass took over. They handled EVERYTHING with kindness and dignity. The process was fast. I will ALWAYS appreciate them. Max Sass was amazing for my loved one’s funeral. He prepaid for a funeral, but left a lot of the details up to us. Andy helped us us every step of the way, asking detailed questions and giving us easy to understand options. With COVID, things are different than they once were, but thanks to the staff at Max Sass everything was still very personal and special. Every little detail was taken care of, and everything was perfect. My loved one looked fantastic, almost like as if he were sleeping. I even got a text message about a month after the funeral to check in on me and see how I was doing. I highly recommend Max Sass. This was not my first experience with them, and it definitely won’t be my last. Keep up the fantastic and personalized service Max Sass. Marlowe, Greg and the rest of the staff were so wonderful with our large family for both of our parents’ funerals, one which took place during the COVID epidemic. They were very patient with us while we gathered our collective thoughts to plan the mass, they provided us with recommendations for venues that could accommodate our large extended family of over 150 members and made sure to involve as many of us in the funeral mass. What a gentle and caring group of people they have at their Oklahoma location!

I’ve never had to make funeral arrangements ever in my life before this was my first time and I can’t begin to thank Elizabeth and Marlowe enough. They helped me through the toughest time of my life with the arrangements for my Mother who lost her battle with lung cancer September 29th. Marlowe truly went above and beyond to do everything to help me with the final planning being an only child it was the most difficult time of my life and I had no family here with me. Marlowe gave me time with my mother alone to say my goodbyes and he walked me through the cremation process, waited on the jewelry to get here without any hesitation he had them filled with her ashes for me . He is an amazing wonderful man. It’s been over a month and they still reach out to follow up with me and that touches my heart very deeply. You will never find another place to be so compassionate and willing to help you every step of the way and take the best care of your loved ones as you will find with Max A Sass & Sons.

I have had to make arrangements for two funerals in the last five months and have been very happy and satisfied with the service from Max Sass funeral home. Greg was especially attentive to all of the details that we wanted for both funerals with one of them being a military funeral. Thanks again to all that helped us during this trying time.

During th what fest time in my daughters life. Max and Sass came threw for us. My daughter lost her first born child at 31weeks. He was born still born. She’s only 17. So you can only begin to imagine the pain she was suffering from, if you’ve never lost a child. From the beginning of the process to the end Gregg and his staff were excellent. They were caring and compassionate for not only my daughter but for the whole family. Gregg took over everything. From getting Baby Mateo from the hospital to the cemetery He took care of everything. Not once did I have to worry about anything. He even took care of a few issues that we had at the cemetery. I couldn’t say enough positive things about everyone there. There customer service was excellent. I wold most definitely recommend them for any funeral services. Thank you again for all the caring and support Before and evening after.
