Really great customer service! Communicative team and easy to use website.

Ordered flowers and when they arrived they looked nothing like the photo on the website, they weren't even the same colors. In addition, the leaves were brown and the filler flowers looked old and squashed. The lilies were broken and what was supposed to be a red white and blue patriotic arrangement, was nothing but while and a few purple filler flowers. For the expensive $$$ cost, the quality was extremely low. They looked like flowers from an Aldi or grocery store.

Despite calling twice and confirming all the details, these guys still botched the order and didn't deliver until after the guests had arrived, almost half an hour after the event started (3 hours after they were supposed to be here.) I should have listened to the reviews. We won't be using this company again.

Birds Florist had been my florist of choice for several years until now. I ordered two dozen long stem roses for my mother-in-laws memorial service and was assured they would arrive perfect and on time as requested. The flowers never arrived. When I contacted them, while very apologetic, I was told they promised to get to the bottom of what happen. The disappointment is not only was it a memorial service but that the flowers were to be on display as a part of the service. The following day they still were unable to explain what happen and offered to deliver the arrangement to the home. Guess what? That did not happen either. To date, still no explanation. They have lost a customer.

This was the worst flower/customer experience, I've ever had. I ordered my twin sister, the Principle of Kramer Middle School, an arrangement to celebrate her winning a major award for her school. It was suppose to be a surprise and the school was less than a few miles from the shop. Not only were the flowers not delivered. They asked my sister to come and pick up her own flowers! Which completely defeats the purpose of ordering a flower DELIVERY service. The surprise and loving gesture was completely ruined because this company did not want to travel to South East DC. I wonder if the demographic being predominantly brown and black had anything to do with it?

This is the worst customer service and they refuse to deliver after accepting the job! Didn’t deliver the flowers the day of! And then abruptly canceled the following day AFTER they had already NOT delivered the flowers on the agreed date! Don’t waste your money! At least they gave a refund! Very disappointed!

ordered flowers for delivery to only be told more than 24 hours later - past my time of delivery that they were closed. I suspect they are out of business, take them off the web.

Do not order from here! Spent $200 on flowers that were not delivered on the day requested. Promised refund has yet to appear almost a month later.
