I love Trader Joe's, especially the Springfield, VA location. Once a month, I like to get on the bus and travel to the one near Eastern Market and visit my other favorite place, the YES Market, too. Killing two birds at once.

Quality product and exceptional staff. Clean and organize store, easy to browse. I was sceptical at long line check out but it was so quick I didn't realize I was queueing that long. Plus the cashier lady was friendly. Satisfying experience

Trader Joe’s Offers some Fresh Produces and a variety of other food options. Store was organized and reassembly stocked. Staff was Welcoming, Friendly and Helpful. Parking is Available in the underground Parking Garage at the rear of the Building with 90 minutes Validation, Free Parking for Customers shopping at Trader Joe’s

It’s convenient and Workers are friendly.Always has good meat and Samples in the back.The lines can be really long at times but move very quickly.

The cashiers R, Walter and young man with dreads (sorry I didn't get his name helped me with finding figs) are 5 star. Their knowledge and customer service was outstanding.

This a great store. Also if you like beautiful, fragrant and affordable flowers that can last 2 weeks and sometimes more with care, try their Oriental Lily in white or pink and save you air freshener.
( please promptly remove the orange dust in the middle as it stains like turmeric). Enjoy !!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Easy to find what you’re looking for. Often busy during lunchtime, but understandably so, it’s probably the cheapest way to get a quick lunch in Capitol Hill!

Great selection of healthy food and other products. This trip was to get some body lotion for some family members. The store was very well staffed and the product selection was great and full. Very easy to browse and find what you were looking for. Staff were super friendly and offered assistance if needed.

I came on 7/25/23 asia was amazing cashier had patients when I was trying to get my card in order and she was very professional not ghetto like most females work in stores pretend to be nice to be cute but she was what is a good example customer service and being a manager.

I shop here often with my three kids under three (twin toddlers and a baby — not easy!!) and the staff are ALWAYS so kind to me and the kids. Aquanetta helped my twins when they got stuck at the bottom of the escalator crying (the baby and I kept going up and couldn’t get back down immediately), and she got them suckers and stickers after we reunited. Another time, one of my boys tripped and Michelle stopped what she was doing to come over and talk with us to distract him from his pain. Most recently, Aaron went out of his way to help me find the snacky clusters (which are amazing and addicting, I dare you to try them), and Jay gave us some more stickers. I love this store and all the workers! Thank you for such an amazing shopping experience when shopping is really hard for me these days!

Dae was fantastic in helping me, her suggestion of the almond milk, not really a non dairy drinker here, was amazing thanks so much. Will be back again

I have no idea how they move so many people through the checkout line so fast --so don't be intimidated by the lines! Great store. Just wish it were bigger!

Love this place, kind staff, lots of selections wine, cookies, breads, fresh foods...my weekly go for prepared salads!

The staff was nice & helpful. They offered a wide selection of fresh salads & produces. I was disappointed that most of my tangerines & chibatia bread spoiled.
