Newton Electric was very responsive to our big remodeling project for our new retail store. Zach came out to estimate the project requirements the same day I called. A big well-known local company that I called first would not even speak to me about our project - saying they were booked up until June (2 months out).

I called this company after calling several others, just trying to get a question answered. I spoke to Gary and he was wonderful! He answered my question, gave me a general quote and put some fears at ease. If and when I need work done, I will be calling them!

Service is excellent but they do not take credit or debit payments.

We hired Newton to complete an update to a breaker panel box at our home which we were in the process of selling. We paid 1/2 down and scheduled the work. We had just had a brand new water heater installed by a different provider a few weeks before. When the work was complete, the technician noted that our water heater would not power back up after he was finished with the electrical updates. After calling the company that installed the water heater, they discovered that the electrician had fried the smart board in the new water heater and a new one would have to be ordered. We were without hot water for a week while waiting for the smart board to ship, and it took Newton 6 months to pay the heating and cooling company who installed the water heater for the repairs. We were not offered a discount on the remaining portion of the electrical bid for our inconvenience. Hoped we could reach an agreement that would work for everyone, but that is not how our experience turned out.

Was cutoff on 51 by their vehicle without the use of blinker.
