Craig was our technician. I would rate him an A+. He fixed our problem which was induced by the customer (us). And also took a fair amount of time to answer some extra user questions and then gave us hints to give us more satisfaction with Per Mar.

The La Crosse Per Mar office sent Craig to our home to fix a small problem we were having. He quickly solved the problem and then helped me with an extra another unrelated alarm system matter. Craig has done work at our house before; he is always friendly and professional. However, this is the first time he has been here since the start of the pandemic. He wore a mask, social distanced and seemed to be conscious of minimizing the time spent in our home. He made me feel totally comfortable with the service call. Thank you Craig.

We have had a great experience with per mar as our security and fire monitoring company. The product is great and the service is as well. When we have needed a tech to come someone is here either that day or the next business day. Someone is always there to take your call at their call center. We have had Craig as our service tech the last few times. He has been very thorough and wants us to be happy and for the system to be function as it should be. He has gone out of his way to make our system work better for us. He knows the product well!

Steve Freng was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The service he provided was excellent. He managed the updates necessary for conversion to a wireless system and carefully checked all the devices for proper function.

Adam Fuss was also part of the security team and installed security cameras. He was also courteous, professional and thorough.

Finally Craig came to complete some final adjustments and made sure that we understood how to operate the system as the the other men had done. He added some helpful tips that were appreciated. Very friendly and patient.

Per Mar technician Craig Richardson was prompt, professional and efficient. He made the necessary adjustments to bring our system into peak performance and made suggestions intended to enhance the features and scope of protection already in place. As relatively new customers Craig took the time to make sure we understand how our systems many features operate. He is a pleasure to work with.

Craig came to our home and made programming changes to our key pad, adjusted the method of communication from our panel to central dispatch, replaced bad batteries in all of our smoke, temperature and carbon monoxide detectors and was very efficient and courteous. He asked if we had any questions and offered useful tips for operating our security system. He did a great job!

Craig Richason was here again today to update our keypad panel. He is meticulous in his work, and it is a true pleasure to have him here. I want to know the system, not just have it, and Craig is always patient and thorough when teaching me how a feature works. I have had various technicians come out for services/installations, but Craig Richason out of the LaCrosse, WI, location is by far the best. When I need service now, I request Craig only. He is extremely knowledgeable, does neat work, and always looks for ways to perfect my system.

Extremely satisfied customer! Bradley, the Per-Mar installation technician was fantastic to work with. He spent multiple days on-site getting our new system installed, connected, functioning, and organized to our liking. There were a few quirks specific to our property that other security companies were unable to work around, but Bradley and his supervisor found a way to make it happen!

Bradley listened and understood exactly what I needed. He installed all the devices cleanly, hid wires for a seamless install, and set up all of our devices the way that we needed. He took the time to explain every function, troubleshoot the initial device and mobile app setup, and sat on customer support with me until everything was functioning as it should and I understood how it functioned.

I will NEVER go ANYWHERE ELSE for security needs in the future. If the rest of the Per-Mar team is as competent, helpful, and professional as Bradley, I will continue to recommend others do the same.
