Port Cities Animal Hospital

I've been using Port Cities for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. From staff to Vets the whole team is compassionate, dedicated and friendly - especially with my dogs. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars.

Dr.Madden -Heinzen is wonderful! She is the reason we go to Port Cities,I trust her completely with our pets , she is caring , kind and so smart !

I've been with them for almost 24 years, I have seen my furry babies sick, cured, and when it's their time, passing over Rainbow Bridge. I have seen members of team come and go, new Veterinarians to take others places, office staff change over the years, all of them great, and so helpful. I met one of my best friends there, a Veterinarian, who has since move on to greener pastures. All-in-All it's been a positive experience for both my babies and me.

Port Cities Vet has been my go-to destination for pet care, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Dr. Madden Heinzen has been my trusted veterinarian, and her expertise and care have always impressed me.

Dr. Madden Heinzen is not only a skilled veterinarian but also compassionate and understanding. She takes the time to listen to concerns and provides thorough and thoughtful care for my furry companions. I have full confidence in her abilities and appreciate the personalized attention she gives to each pet.

I wish I could give this place a million stars! They fit in my little cockatiel ( broken leg ) extremely quickly. Dr. Mutchier knocked it out of the ballpark. She is kind, compassionate, considerate, thorough and knowledgeable. She did such a wonderful job with Taco.! If you are looking for an amazing avian vet, this is the one. She took the extra time to call me and appraise me of what was going on as I was at work. It was comforting to have her answer my questions. This is obviously a vet that really loves what she does. What a class act. Thank you so much from Taco and us.

Take my 3 new puppies here for everything. Our older dog passed away but they were awesome with her.

Love , love , love this place. The staff are all friendly and nice. Our vet Dr. Madden-Heizen is exceptional. Boarded my dog here for the first time and couldn’t be happier. They sent me texts and pics daily with updates. He looked happy and chill. He did some art and had outside time. He even came home all clean- I think they bathed him before I picked him up. Cannot say enough good things about this place .

Gentle, honest, & reasonably priced. Clean facilities, great receptionist, and a floofy office cat to boot!
My pitbull was treated like a queen. They didn't try to push prescriptions or shame me for how I fed her. The last vet shamed me for feeding my dog coconut oil daily... I stopped that and my pup lost 12lb in 30days! I got worried so I went here and the Doc said "it doesn't work for all dogs but if it works for her then feed her the oil"
We'll be back in 30days for a check up on my pups progress.

Port Cities has always provided fantastic care every time I've taken my dog Wyatt in, whether for a regular checkup or more urgent care. The staff is attentive and compassionate, and they're always so good with Wyatt even though he's not a huge fan of them! They even managed to squeeze him in for a visit shortly after I called with a concern about him not eating. I would absolutely recommend Port Cities to anyone.

First let me say that Dr. Coston is an Awesome vet with excellent animal instinct skills... We recently moved to Manitowoc and not able to find a vet that I felt was a good match for me and my animals... My Sheltie Lexi was having issues and I brought her to the Green Bay animal hospital they diagnosed her with a bad tooth... I ended up bringing her the next day to Port Cities Animal hospital without an appointment where Dr. Coston ran tests on her and notified me yes she had a bad tooth but more importantly that he needed to do emergency surgery for Pyometra. Lexi would probably not be here today if it wasn't for the diagnosis and care she received at Port Cities Animal Hospital from Dr. Coston. I have gotten multiple follow up calls from the doctor and I'm 100% sold on this clinic. The care and concern was overwhelming. Thank you!! Sincerely, Lisa Deiss

While all of the veterinarians here are very good, my personal experience with Dr. Angie is nothing less than spectacular. Between her personality and the quality of care she provides, she is second to none. In addition, all of the staff here are exceptional. If you are able to bring your pet here, consider yourself fortunate. Highly recommend.

Port Cities Animal Hospital has been our go to now for about 8 years. the staff has been nothing short of Excellent. The doctors are Extremely talented. and when it comes time to say good bye to our furry family. Everyone Is so compassionate and understanding and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
