Every time we've been here all of the staff is super friendly and helpful! My kids' first piano lessons went great today and they are excited to learn more with Charlotte. We always have a great experience at this location. Thank you, and we'll see you next week!

Super connection of package and Service.

They've become my go-to for strings, capo/etc, and after 2 or 10 visits to pick and admire it, I picked up their Fender Acoustic with a locking case for descent. Comfy little shop decorated with music ;)

Pretty decent selection of guitars, not a huge store but has your basic guitar essentials, friendly staff as well

I asked them about pianos for my economics project and they were patient and gave fantastic advice. Very pleased. 😄

Dropped my violin off to be repaired. I was told it would be ready in 11 days, and they would call me. They did not call me. I called them to ask. The store is very clean and well organized. The people there can be friendly and helpful for the most part. It's a little pricey, but it is the closest, and as far as I know, the only instrument store around.

If you need musical instraments in Watertown this is the place to go. Excelent service, small but nice selection. They also do music lessons. Hard to find its in the back of a tiny strip mall.

Terrible the way renting instruments works...would not recommend...waste of money...just buy your own intrument from somewhere else.

Could not find the place on GPS... nobody answered the phone..drove 20 min for nothing. Will never spend another dime there..bad customer service
