Black River Family Dentistry

Went in for a scheduled cleaning. Was greeted by the receptionist in a friendly manner. Right at the designated time I was welcomed warmly by my hygienist and we exchanged pleasantries. The exam and cleaning went flawlessly. All during the process I was asked joe I was doing and encouraged to let her know if anything hurt or was uncomfortable. The appointment concludes and I was ushered back out to the receptionist who then scheduled my next appointment and then bid me goodbye
I couldn’t be more happy with the treatment I receive on an every visit. I would highly recommended them.

I had a massive fear of the dentist for years.
I thought that every dentist caused pain. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years because I was scared. This office never made me feel bad about it, they never made me feel silly about it. And because of that, I now go regularly, and have conquered my fear. The people at the front desk, the hygienists, the assistants, and the dentist have all been wonderful. I feel comfortable there and that is a huge change from anywhere else I’ve been in the past. I highly recommend this office.

Check in receptionist is always welcoming and smiling. Check in is a breeze. My hygienist Lani was amazing. She was patient and thorough. Lani took the time to explain everything and was very personable. Dr. Herzberg is also very friendly and thorough. I had a terrific experience during my latest visit.

My teeth feel great when I leave. BRF Dentistry runs on time, staff are terrific, someone always answers the phone, the estimates are available; all and all a good experience consistently.

I am always happy to see my awesome hygienist Lani N. She is 100% perfection, professional and keeps my smile looking good. Dr Liz is the first dentist I've looked forward to seeing. (and I've seen MANY in my 60+yrs). She has saved and restored my teeth while keeping me fear free.(I had to many bad experiences in the past) The office staff is always friendly and kind. I appreciate and am grateful for their good care!

The staff are very kind and professional, I would recommend the Black River Family Dentistry to anyone who wants fast and friendly service.

Extraction of a bicuspid that had broken off almost at the gum line. Quickly and expertly removed by Dr Herzberg. HOWEVER, NEXT TIME, I will NOT accept her professional opinion that Ibuprofen would be sufficient.

I have only been here 2 times I never feel any pain and has to be to fastest and .most thoural dentist I have ever been to I would never choose another place to go

The atmosphere is friendly and warm. I feel so comfortable there. Excellent, pain free dental care. I won’t ever go anywhere else.
