Awesome customer service!! I dropped my car off for a repair after hours. The envelopes were all gone so I just dropped my keys through the slot. The next day when I went to pick up my car they told me when my keys landed inside the plastic part of the key that holds it on the ring broke. They not only glued my key so that it would stay on the ring but made me an extra key at no charge! I was totally blown away. Very reasonably priced and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. Great all around!

Seriously, this place is great. We were traveling from Madison to Appleton and got a nail in our tire right outside Beaver Dam. Our tire was losing air very quickly so we started calling around to see if we could get it patched. We called over 10 places and no one else would help us. The gentleman at High Tier Auto was happy to help, very nice, and got it done right away for us. Without his help, we probably would’ve been looking at a tow and our whole day would’ve been gone. Great service - we can’t thank you enough!

I love this place. While dealerships rip you off with all the high false charges High Tier Automotive is fair with the prices. When I was told to fix a problem at a dealership it going to cost $450. These guys did the same work for half. I have taken both of my cars there since and I have never been let down. Love, love them.

So I went to Mexico for vacation left my truck for some work and not only they did everything I asked at a reasonable price they also made an effort to get a hold of me for something else it may need. The service is unbelievable and to top it all off. A few days later a transmission line started leaking and they squeezed me in!!!!!! If you truely want your trucks or cars worked on in the beaver dam area, this is the place to go. I work on 90% of the time and I will never go anywhere else

Amazing owner helps me with anything I've called about. His automobile technicians are so personable and go out of there way to explain things to you. I would recommend them to everyone. Prices are great because they don't milk the clock to charge more hours than they work.......love this place

The ball joint came off the front drivers tire on my car. It happened right it front of their shop.. I was in the middle of traffic. 3 of the technicians came out to help almost immediately. With the help of 1 of the technicians and someone driving by we had the car out of the street in 5 minutes. When I went to pay the technician he wouldn't take my money. I can't thank these guys enough! Their kindness made the whole situation that much better.

High tier did an excellent job repairing steering linkage on my Ford f350,' and also fixed all the broken exhaust manifold bolts. The truck is a pleasure to drive again instead of wandering all over the lane, and rattling like the engine would fall out! And they also fixed a crack in exhaust pipe. High tier went above and beyond fixing my beloved old truck! I would highly recommend them!

Power steering went out on my highlander, they got me in for a new pump the next day. Still had a couple issues, they got me right away, was an old pipe rusted, I paid for the labor but if it had been the pump they had already told me they were going to cover it under that warranty. Going back there for any car service I need, would highly recommend!

High Tier is no joke. Made an appt ahead of time to look at a powerstroke they had on the lot and was not disappointed. Initially we talked to a mechanic and instantly could tell he was very knowledgeable about diesel trucks. We later met the owner and got the same vibe from him. Very knowledgeable and not trying to sell you something to make money. They replaced everything on the truck we thought was malfunctioning and were happy to do it immediately upon our request. As far as I'm concerned, I haven't had a better experience buying another vehicle. 5 stars doesn't seem to be enough to truly rate High Tier. If I ever have the chance to buy another vehicle from them I Will NOT hesitate.
