I brought in my black diamond engagement ring to Pamela’s to have the setting cleaned and the prongs checked after it got caught. She did a beautiful job, my ring sparkles, and she even made the diamond fit better in the prongs and fixed the overly pointed prongs to make it more comfortable to wear and less likely to get caught. When I picked it up she very nicely went over what had been done and I was speachless with happiness having not known that was an option. The price was reasonable as well. In the future, if I need a jeweler, I will recommend Pamela because so clearly cares and takes pride in turning out a pretty, and wearable, product.

Pamela’s Fine Antiques has a beautiful collection of fine jewelry. In 2017, my husband and I got engaged. He knew I wanted an antique engagement ring. Pamela’s sets up each summer season at an antique show called Brimfield in MA, where she has a reputation not only for her fine jewelry, but her excellent customer service. She personally helped us find my dream ring! We enjoyed her customer service and selection so much that we drove to her store in Michigan (from CT) several months later for our wedding bands. Pamela’s Fine Antiques had just what we were looking for. She help us select a beautiful white gold band for my husband and also helped us design a custom ring for me. This place always has the most beautiful pieces. They even have "Hint" cards so that someone who is looking for a gift for you would know exactly what you want. No guesswork there. Pamela is so very sweet as are the whole staff.
