My grandparents own the motel. I’ve been away for some years and recently returned. It’s astonishing what they have done here. The heart of this place is my grandmothers love for people. She’s wants everyone to feel cared for and welcome and her passion of cooking really blesses many belly’s. This isn’t just any motel, this place touches lives. Proud of them! Way to go grandma and grandpa you’ve really outdone yourselves here 💕

This is such a wonderful place with the most wonderful owns. I will definitely stay here when I'm working in the erea.

Two of the most genuine people you would ever meet. They have the biggest heart for strangers. We encountered bad weather and never been to this part of Wisc. So I was little worried about the area as well. They were so selfless and compassionate and had the best cookies ever. The Inn was adorable and comfortable.

Cozy-Comfortable- Clean
Wanted to stop at a mom and pop hotel on my way to Chicago from northern Minnesota. Checked Google map and found this gem.
Room was small (cozy) and clean. Bed comfortable. Gerry let me store my frozen fish in their freezer. Just had a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast, but there was a lot of food. Great looking Cinnamon rolls. Had a nice conversation with Mary (the owner, Gerry's wife). And the price was Very good. Great little place

This little motel is comfy, cozy and very well taken care of. Best deal you will find close to black river falls/ eau claire area! ( and breakfast is included in your stay every morning ).

You can tell these little rooms are tr taken care of with pride; cleanliness 5 stars!!! If u don't know the area just ask!

The owners Mary and Gerry are very nice, they treat you like family, the neighbors is this little quaint town are very friendly too. We stayed only a weekend in july, but will definitely be booking a stay very soon! Thank you for being so inviting!

This place is simply adorable. It’s relaxing & like home away from home. Mary is the sweetest lady you just want to call family. If you’re looking for a place that has that homey cabin feeling. Thank you Mary for a great nights sleep & making such a great breakfast spread. You definitely went above & beyond for us. The apple cinnamon bread was to die for!❤

We stayed here last month and we were very satisfied with our stay. The motel was in a great location and the owner was very friendly. The room was updated and had a cabin style room. Everything was clean and price was cheap. The next morning the owner cooked a continental breakfast consisting of waffles, fruit, cereal, eggs, cinnamon rolls, muffins, refreshments, and more. We will definitely be staying again!

Amazing little place in the middle of nowhere.. Owners are great.. Rooms are clean and newly remodeled.. Continental breakfast is like eating breakfast in your own little kitchen.. Choices were great.. Cinnamon rolls, make your own waffles, different boxes of cereal, fresh coffee and a refrigerator full of juices and milk.. Highly recommended!! You can’t beat the price...

Mary and Gerry are amazing hosts and go far above expectations. We have stayed here often when we work in this area. Highly recommend a stay here. You'll never go hungry for breakfast, always clean and tidy. Come check it out.

This place in my opinion was absolutely amazing with the beautiful cabin style and homie feel. The owner was so gracious and kind. The price was very cheap for what you get and there is an awesome restaurant right next door. I would recommend this stay to all and as for myself I will be coming back for life.

Amazing!!!!! To be honest, my parents run the motel, I know now where I got the bend over backwards for anyone! They are truly above and beyond! They work so well and so hard to accommodate everyone! Living out of town, and being there , on the phone, or in person, very hard to hear the struggles, but amazing to also hear and see the accomplishment, of the respect and multiple smiles when their customers leave...they are amazing to me, and will be to you!

Wow, what a gem this place is! The rooms are super cute, comfortable and clean. The prices are outstanding, way beyond fair - I have never gotten a better value when renting a room and I honestly don't know if I ever will again. The couple that runs the place is friendly and helpful. I really felt at home here. If you're in the area, check this place out! You will not be disappointed.

Extremely nice place. Clean, friendly, rooms are rustic but tasteful. Motel staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. And the Continental breakfast in the morning is out of this world. Will definitely be coming back,

This motel is a terrific value, one of the best bang for the buck we've ever seen! The stay includes breakfast with home made cinnamon rolls and other goodies, there's a common area for socializing, great location to access the Black River State Forest and I-94, and even though it's not new, it's well kept/clean. Nearby bar/grill is a good place for drinks/dinner.
The only weakness we experienced was weak Wi-Fi, but we had a good cell phone signal so we just accessed the Internet through our cell phones.

Quaint privately owned motel. Newly remodeled. The owner is supernice and helpful. Has a homey feel like those little motels down Route 66. Great for ATVers. Trail starts half mile up the road. Very easy access from I94. We def be back

Mary, Jerry, ,Sherry and Mikey were sitting at a table smiling skilling as i did my little wiggle do you have a bathroom these phenomnal people swing that door open said come on in. Haven't been up north in a year. I'll tell you minnesota and wisconsin people have one thing that i will always appreciate and that is hospitality!!

These people make you proud to be from the north!!

Oh and by The bathroom is gorgeous and i made sure to close the lid on the seat for the ladies wash my hands and say apraywr for this beautiful place.
Please if your ever tired driving by or just have to peel stop in !!! I promise the smiles will make your night.
I'm gonna mark this place for every time between my mothers in grand rapids mn and hamilton ohio to stay here midway.

Great stay. The owner went out of her way to find us a room when they were full. Great room rates. Clean rooms. ATV trail access. I will definitely go back!

I have to agree with the majority of the other reviews the owners are pretty nice people and the rates are affordable and everything you need in the room like fridge and microwave and a decent size television and wifi. I have to say this place beats most of the other hotels in BRF.

Clean comfortable rooms and the owner is very accommodating. She even provides breakfast for guests. Very good value for a small price

Stayed here to go 4 wheeling. It was perfect. It has everything you need. I recommend the room on the second floor for a beautiful night time view of Millston!Will stay here many more times!
