Final update: Chickens came a week later. No problems. They were very professional. One chicken was lethargic and died a couple hours later.

Update: They eventually called back and said Sunnyside made the mistake. The chickens are coming next week Tuesday (8/21) in a delivery to Viroqua. They said they will pick them up for me. I updated from 1 star to 2.

I ordered 3 chickens 6 weeks in advance. I was told they would be in on August 14th. I called the day before to confirm - they said “Yes. Truck delivery on August 14th - no later than 3pm.” On the 14th, I called at 3pm - they said the truck was not there yet. It might be late - they told me to be patient and would call when it arrived. They never called.

The next morning, I called Sunnyside Inc in Beaver Dam (where they order the chicks from). They told me they did not have an order for me and that the truck did, in fact, go out yesterday (the 14th) to Melrose Farm Service. I then called Melrose Farm Service again, they said the truck did not come yesterday. I told them the I just talked with Sunnyside and they said it did... they said they were emailing them and would get back to me in a couple minutes.

That was an hour ago, so I wrote this review. I will take it down if my experience improves before the end of the day and the miscommunication clarified.
