Awesome park, clean and well maintained. Very nice place for a picnic or event. Was here for the 4th of July celebration (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) And whole family had an amazing time . Can't wait until next year

Nice play area for smaller kids. Right on the river so you can always throw rocks on the river. Unless of course the rivers flooded almost up to the top of the Levee then not so much. Nice park plenty of open space. Could use some more shade but then Dubuque parks are not known for their shade.

I ride here every day with my family. Great ride along the Mississippi and this park puts a cherry on top. So much fun.

Came toward the end of winter. Area was as clean as you can make a park next to a working river and had a blast with my dog wanting to sniff everything. Will be coming back during the spring months.

A nice little park to spend an hour or too. The play area is very good for little kids. A very pleasant walk on the river front.

Free! Entertaining boat ramp there. Nice walk ways. Elevated views over the river. Nice landscaping. Its the top of the dike.

Love this park for the view and walking trails. Also love it for Pokemon catching! Lots of Pokémon nests and stops and gyms!
