I bought my first boots here 10 years ago when I was first getting into a job that required safety boots. Staff was very helpful and helped me select what I needed. Multiple brand name boots in varying prices ranges. I have since been buying boots here ever since.

I brought a pair of my hiking boots here that had a couple of blown eyelets. Repair cost $11 and change and they did an excellent job. I'll be back here for any other shoe repairs that I end up needing.

What great service! Unfortunately they weren't able to repair/resole my Merrell boots, however they responded so promptly and provided three recommendations for October places that mighty be able to do the work needed. Will definitely keep them in mind for future needs!

Great service and quality work! I had a major malfunction with a pair of my dress white uniform shoes . . .just days before a big Navy event. I called on a Monday, dropped them off on Tuesday, done by Thursday. $19 me pretty much brand new shoes. My new go-to shop for shoe repair!

What a great store with exceptional customer service. Went in to get a pair of boots and wasn't sure what I wanted. Ryan was very accommodating and helpful. Found a pair of shoes I liked and they even gave me a discount and a free hat.

Went in to get a pair of house slippers. The staff have always been friendly. I have bought boots there and moccasins in the past and they give out a free t shirt with any shoe purchase. They also do great repair work. I highly recommend them. Also they are a locally owned business you can depend on. And when they have a sale they have a GREAT sale.

Always great! Bought my last pair of work boots here in 2015. Just went back yesterday, 3 years later and bought another unbelievably comfortable and durable work boot! Love this place and the people working there. 5 stars all the way, quality, service, everything!

Sales person was knowledgeable and efficient, finding my exact needs in a woman’s work boot. She offered to stretch them so the width was a little more comfortable, right then or after a while of me owning them and breaking them in myself. I mentioned in passing that I wished the eyelets on the ankle part were hooks and she got them changed to hooks in less than 10 minutes! She also showed me how to care for the specific leather and set me up with the proper oil.
I am extremely pleased with my boots and the professional and pleasant service. Highly recommended.

They stand behind their products! Bought a pair of boots here and a few months later the lining was coming out when I took them off. Brought them back and they sowed the liner in sight on scene. Had time for lunch and was back to work on time. Keep up the good work and service!

It was a great place with a very knowledgeable staff that were there for the customers. I hot a nice pair of boots and insoles and just had to buy a hat too. They gave a free t-shirt and a bag to pack it all out. Wish they had a bigger selection of loggers but all their boots are fair priced so I will give a low heal boot a shot.

Great selection of boots , friendly knowledgeable staff to get you the right boot at a great price. I never go back to big box store for boots after visiting Bear Shoe Works ,they also have FR clothes for oilfield requirements

I came to Bear Shoe Works with a fairly unusual request; a billet in my saddle was coming off and needed it resewn right away. They more than happily sewed it for me even though the gentleman had to hold my saddle the whole time. They were super nice and wonderful about the whole thing! I could not have asked for a better experience!

This is a wonderful business and I recommend it 100%. My family and I have gone to Bear Shoe Works in Superior for many, many years. I have had leather goods repaired, purchased dyes and boot oil, and even purchased shoes at Bear Shoe Works. I have always found this business to be honest, fair priced, and it has given outstanding customer service. I will always keep going back here with my leather repair. It is the only place in the Twin Ports that I will go to by Merrell shoes.

Great place and very helpful staff, and they are still practicing an art of shoe and boot repair on site. Had new soles put on a pair of boots and should get another 20 years out of them. Was also steered to the LaCrosse Alphaburly pro 800, my new go to out door boot.
