Inside Out Express Car Wash

I love Inside Out Express Car Wash. Their customer service is above and beyond and I’m always greeted kindly and with a smile. Scheduling is easy and drop off is too. They do a great job and it is worth it to get my car detailed here. I am very pleased every time with the work they do. I highly recommend it, just don’t take my favorite appointment time please :) but definitely go!

The work here was AMAZING! This was a gift for my fiance who bought his car used several years ago and he said this was the cleanest that he’s ever seen it! The guys there were fun and helpful and really put a lot of care into their work. They do a walk around with you in the beginning and upon pickup (with signature verification on both ends), so everyone is on the same page. 10/10 would return!

It's worth every single penny. Fast and convenient. Top notch service. They conduct a walk around before and after service. They validate your parking and provide text updates when your vehicle is available for pick up. Another plus is their location. If you book an appointment for Sat or Sun, you can visit the outdoor vendors at Eastern Market, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from within steps of the parking garage they are located at. I would highly recommend them, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Phenomenal customer service at Inside Out Express! It was great to see the care that Tim and his team have for a job well done. Upon their own inspection of my vehicle, they noticed a series of minor discrepancies and took significant time and energy to ensure that when my truck left Inside Out Express Car Wash, that it true reflected their standard of quality. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them again! 5-stars!

Once again, excellent service from start to finish. Tim called me directly when I had to cancel due to a COVID diagnosis and when I rescheduled, he took the time to ensure I selected the appropriate services. I was in and out with no delay and not a hint of dog hair. Highly recommend this team for any car cleaning and detailing needs. The bonus was an engine clean that without Tim’s prompting, I’d have never identified as a need, but now, it’s on my list.

I have a toddler that turned my car into a hot mess. These professionals made my car look new again. They walked me through the trouble spots. They cleaned every crevice, laying waste to Cheerios, food stains, and cookie crumbs. I couldn’t believe it was my car! They’re incredibly thorough. I went to Inside Out for the first time after reading reviews online. The location is super convenient and allowed me to shop at Eastern Market while my car got detailed. The detailer explained everything well and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the text message that told me when my car was about to be ready for pick up. My car looked so shiny and clean, it actually looked better than when I bought it a decade ago! 10 10 10 across the board!

Darrell and the team did incredible work on my car and took exactly the amount of time they estimated. The customer service was great and I felt well-taken care of.

Old review: Latrice and Darrell were super considerate. They fit me in last minute and could not have been more professional and caring for my new car. I needed a fast wash prior to a special event and they fit me in despite their packed schedule. They know what they’re doing and the car looks outstanding. Tim Curry, the owner, sure has the right type of operation going here! Thank you guys for an A+ job.

These guys are great, and incredibly thorough. I was honestly shocked as to how thorough.. I brought them an absolute wreck of a car. I have 2 huskys so as you can probably guess, the dog hair was just unbelievable. And to their credit, once they saw how bad it was they immediately said they were gonna need an extra hour, which I appreciated knowing up front. What I also appreciated - while I paid for the dog hair cleaning option when I booked my appointment, they didn’t try to charge me extra when they saw the state of my interior like every other detailer I’ve ever used has done. Huge bonus points there.

And when I came back to pick up my car, their work did not disappoint. My Jeep genuinely looked brand new.

It was already the best detailing job I’ve ever had, but then they asked me if I had an few extra minutes so they do one more round with the vacuum to make sure they got all the dog hair. I’ve never experienced a detail service that truly took pride in their work, but that was obviously the case with Inside Out. I would 100% recommend and I will be going back every month.

I have used Inside Out regularly for over 2 years and honestly, they have always exceeded my expectations ( which is not easy to do! ) As a Capitol Hill resident that parks on the street, my car gets beat up and dirty. I am not sure what magic they use ( I think it may be a combination of heart and hard work ) but my car always looks brand new after it has been serviced. The best car wash in DC, and I've been to a few over the years. Easy to schedule, easy to get to, and most important of all — they were able to turn a beat-up minivan that's been hauling kids for more than a decade into a showroom ready car (well, for one that's 16 years old). Will definitely come again.

Scheduling is easy online. Service is friendly, location is convenient, and the price for a mini detail is reasonable. I made sure to point out the areas that were important to me to get clean on the car and they were thoroughly addressed.

I am very happy with the work performed by the professionals at Inside Out Express Carwash. Mini car detail, engine clean, deep rim clean, and shampoo all done to near perfection. They did in two hours what I am unable to do if I had ALL DAY.

I have cars detailed often, but this business located below Trader Joe’s in Eastern Market in DC really surprised me. We took our daughters Infiniti SUV there while visiting her in Capitol Hill and they did a miraculous job. The SUV is a low mileage 2013 and with 3 little boys it was looking rough. Tracy and Jose worked on it a couple of hours and it looked the best it has looked since leaving the showroom a decade ago.
They made scheduling easy, communicated well about the appointment, were professional, and took pride in their work. If you are near DC and need a great detail, I strongly recommend this business. I wish they had a location in Daytona Beach… I would definitely take my 4 cars to them!

My car was a disaster when I brought it in. I picked it up within the projected time and it looked brand new. Dog hair I couldn’t get out for months was gone, air vents, every little detail was taken care of of and my personal belongings were neatly put in bags. Great and friendly team, I’ll certainly be back.

This was our first time doing a full-service exterior and interior detailing of our car and it was worth every penny. This summer we had plenty of road trips to the beach, i.e., lots of sand, we often are in tow with our lab, i.e., lots of fur, and one of us is 7 years old, i.e., spilled drinks, food, and gum! After the crew finished our Atlas it looked and felt brand new. Not a single trace of sand or dog hair and everything was spotless. Most importantly the service was prompt and the team was friendly and accommodating. They go the extra mile to ensure all customers are happy with the service they receive. 10 out of 10!

Darrell and his crew did excellent work at the end of the day on my old (and in rough shape Prius). They brought it back to life! Thank you for a great job!
