Use the hair salon every time I am in Eau Claire. Katie is a very good stylist and she remembers what you want, even after five to six months between.

Lots of choices, we all bought something from sweaters to coat and towels friendly checkout ladies too

Penney's always seems to have good quality and good selection. We were looking for a couple of new pillows and they had a wide variety of styles and prices, and a very helpful clerk made this a pleasant shopping experience.

A few years ago, I started going to the JCPenney salon and still do today because of Kelly Morgan, who’s an amazing hair stylist there! I have never left the salon disappointed when she did my hair because she always did an amazing job. She also makes such good conversations and has such an optimistic personality! I always look forward to having her do my hair!!

A few years ago, I luckily discovered Kelly Morgan, a Master Stylist at "The SALON" by In Style. I am still her grateful client and this is why.

Barb (team member since 1964!) was absolutely fantastic! She assisted me and my friend in sizing and purchasing strapless bras. She was so eager to help us and was very pleasant! I hope JcPenny treats her SO well! I would return to the store for her alone!

Stopped in today to order custom Bali window shades. There was a 40% off, plus 15% off sale. In addition, I had $70 in rewards. The shades are high quality and I'm very happy with the service provided by Janet. JCPenney is a great place for window coverings.

Everyone was head over heels for my grandson&very friendly. My daughter got an AMAZING price due to sales&signing up for an instore card. Clean,organized&great team of workers on the day we went!

I had an AMAZING experience with Will in the men's area in the eau claire Wisconsin store. He was all about making the situation right. Amazing customer relation skills. I cant say enough positive things about him!!

I absolutely love my jCP. I went to purchase an outfit for a wedding. It took me 10 min. Store was super clean & sales associate was very sweet. Thank you for still being here. A brick & mortar store is refreshing.

This is a smaller JC Penney but it's nice. They have everything I'm always looking for. One thing I thought was strange was when I was looking for dresses in the Junior department, there were none. All the dresses were in a central location, not according to size/dept.

Sephora was amazing!! They have so many cruelty free options!! They also gave me free gifts for my birthday and they are AMAZING no beauty store has ever done that for me!! 🧡

Kelly at the JcPenny Salon in Oakwood Mall is amazing! She is very experienced, thoughtful, professional, and an all around great person. Highly recommend to anyone. Her goal is make you feel wonderful and I have to full heartedly say that she nails it every time!

On tuesday night at 7:30 I came into the JC Penney's Oakwood Mall store in Eau Claire with my college aged son so he could buy a suit. He is graduating in May and is interviewing in Minneapolis for various jobs. My son recently had shoulder surgery, so we knew we had to be gentle with him trying on shirts and suit coats.

I asked the clerk, Stephen if he could help us. He was so polite. He measured my son, gave advice on a good quality suit and helped him all along the way, being careful with that sore shoulder and arm. I was so impressed on how well he took care of us and our needs that night. He never once made us feel like we were taking up his valuable time. I asked how long he was an employee of the store and he said around nine years. What a gem you have in Stephen.

My son just opened a charge card at Penneys because he likes the quality of the clothes, the good way they fit him, the prices and discounts are good and the sales people always help him. ,
