Absolutely incredible staff and food. We had just gotten engaged and the staff brought us drinks on the house and a few people came up to us to congratulate us. The food was soooo good. Definitely recommend the street corn and teres major. Amazing drinks too!

Very prompt and friendly service. The Woodstock Inn is gorgeous and the tavern has very cozy ambience. Mixed drinks were good a bit pricey but heavy pours. Menu had some fun takes on traditional tavern fare.

The food was excellent—-if expensive, and good service. The maple cake was especially delicious

When I saw the menu here, I was really anxious because I have severe food allergies and several of my allergens were on the menu. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the staff were. I got a delicious bowl of pasta with a side of heaping seasoned veggies. It was a delicious meal. My mother got the roasted chicken, which was delicious and was plated beautifully. Our waitress was exceptionally kind and overall we had a great meal. Will definitely be returning!

We came to the tavern while staying at another hotel down the street. Service and food were great, and the setting was beautiful--we were at a table outside on the back balcony which I highly recommend sitting nice weather!

Great tavern environment - dark wood, bar, fireplace burning, Attentive service, locally sourced menu. You can also order of the menu from the Red Rooster (the main restaurant at the Inn) if you ask.

Scrumptious seafood stew and great rhubarb tart with strawberry rhubarb ice cream dessert. Always a cozy, comfortable place.
