Rubio's Family Mexican Restaurant

I've been in Winona for over 13 years and this was the first time I've tried it. My daughter treated me. It was DELICIOUS!!!! Reminded me of Chicago, where I was born. Mad at myself for taking so long to try them.

Great tacos, burritos, and service. Best tacos in town, and try the Winona style burrito. Manu as of 3/29/23

Great spot to grab tacos or burritos for a quick meal. The burritos are huge! It's amazing.

Great place! Awesome service! They have great food with good portions! My 7 year old son wasnt so sure what he wanted so they let him sample a tiny piece of meat since it was on the spicy side. Glad they did that cause he thought it was a little too spicy for him. Will continue to support this local business. Keep up the good work!

Winona-style burrito was the bomb!

We drove up and were waiting to place our order. It was kind of taking a while so one of the staff came out of the building to get our order. I thought it was super nice. There is lots of food at a value price. Things taste great. I've had the fish burrito, Winona burrito, and California burrito.

Best Mexican food in the area...perfectly priced. The owners are friendly as well. You must eat here if you haven't already!

Very good burritos. Probably the best in the area. The only complaint is that they have too much rice. It's probably needed to make them at that size for that price, but I'd prefer smaller burritos rather than that much rice.

The Faja was a tasty option...

I love the Winona Burrito, it puts Chipotle to shame. Its a big burrito with a bunch of different sauces, Doritos, cheese, lettuce, rice, and I get it with steak. Hands down best burrito I've ever had. Its a little spicy but not too much with a lot of other flavors from the different sauces. My girlfriend and I share this burrito all the time and theres still leftovers.

Fantastic food at dirt cheap prices. Had the carnitas verde burrito and it was phenomenal. 100% would go un-sober all the time.

Best fast drive-thru Mexican food in town! My favorites are the carnitas and the chicken quesadilla. The food is delicious. The people are friendly, which is a plus. Check it out for yourself!

A must if visiting Winona. Cheap, delicious, friendly. Nothing but good from Rubio's.
