Unbelievably awesome customer service at the Winona Walmart. I had a return of a large item just out of the return period, yet they stood behind me! Thank you, Coach Sara, David, Trey, and Sammy! Thank you Wal-Mart for being friendly to the disabled community .. And for being service-animal friendly.. Not every disability is visible .. Not every service-animal is a German Shepard.. My toy breed is trained (AND A REGISTERED SERVICE DOG) as an alert dog .. SHES ALSO CERTIFIED.. I have a heart condition that causes syncope ( fainting) ..when I "go down" my animal is right there, on my chest, barking.. The ID card that's displayed on her service vest has a bar code when scanned has her info, my info, and medical condition(which I have a doctor's note for ).. I also need a cane as my legs are very weak .. But yes I do walk " upright" and not confined to a chair .. Wal-Mart has always understood this and never made me feel awkward or even questioned me.. I appreciate this store so much as it has allowed me peace of mind and independence to shop..

I had a theft of my purchases today...and Pat, and particularly Jason,helped me through this upsetting day, with patience and total kindness. Kudos to these two fine employees! Outstanding Walmart.

Employee went out of their way to come help my roommate and I who were aimlessly searching for a $.98 squeeze bottle. He then offered to go to the back and find some for us. Shout out to Nick, he deserves a raise.

Very big store and hard to find particular items, but the staff is very helpful and found everything I wanted. Very modern and clean facility! Still lots of stuff with good bargains, but TOO BIG! Pharmacy Department very friendly and efficient! Updated 10/18/2023

Good got what I needed and a few extras.

We shop Walmart all around the country and this is one of the nicest we've ever been in. Very clean, well stocked, good clientele, and employees who were actually working instead of just standing around.

I have the app so I can pretty much find anything I need on my own, but the fella from the tire center that helped me find a cover for my boat or the girl stocking the dairy case that helped me find the pie crusts or the guy that rang us up (still prefer checking out with a real person vs the self checkout) they all really were very friendly and made sure we found everything we were looking for. They all made the difference for me.

I especially go there for Cabot's aged White Cheddar cheese in a large block at a good price!!

The customer service at the auto department was excellent! We came in after having a flat tire on vacation, on our spare. They didn't have our tires in stock, we were able to get our tires from another store and brought them back to be installed. We were back on the road in about an hour on a Sunday! We were so happy with the friendliness, effeciency, and flexibility

This particular store is clean and organized and has a friendly staff, including the pharmacy!

Had a guy help me back in photo. He was the one that finally got the image I wanted onto photo canvas. A+++ for him. Went to pick up today and the very nice lady was busy with another customer. She apologized for the wait. Very sweet and she cared.

Walmart is close by my home. I find this store clean and I like the people working in it. Anytime I've had to make a return it is an easy transaction. I enjoy going there!

I usually go late to avoid crowds, I need a knee replacement and it is a blessing to have the electric carts to get around. Took me awhile as I was at the garden center to sales on tanks and then a few groceries. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Glad to be home. Now to unpack everything. Ha, I guess I don't think about photos. Maybe next time.

Perfect for overnite parking & the store was clean well stocked.

Went to Target for an emergency shoe purchase and was heavily disappointed by the selection so we I went to Walmart. They had 2 whole rows full of shoes, one both sides for guys... I found a pair that fit and all was well.

Store was clean, staff friendly and selection was great. Thanks Walmart for proving that Target sucks :)

This location does a good job keeping things stocked and clean!

Very large Walmart and had a lot of great stuff! We found some great stuff in the camper/RV section near automotive. Great to get some stuff our Walmart in Mankato for sure didn't have.
