Mocha Joe's Cafe

Excellent coffee and great service. Highly recommend their lattes - not too sweet and not too hot. Latte art is cool too. Good options for non-dairy mylk.

It was so good we came back twice in one day! I recommend the iced Maple Latte! Friendly service, great coffee, and a great spot to sit and chat. They even have table games to play or books to look through.

Perfect cup of joe! My barista had excellent drink craftsmanship, they were very friendly and quick to make my latte. Seems like a great place to sit, read a good book, and enjoy a lovely coffee. Love Brattleboro and Mocha Joe’s!

Stopped in for an iced coffee and tea. Staff were very welcoming, and the iced mint tea was amazing. Bonus was that they allow dogs inside, even had a doggie water bowl. Definitely worth a stop when you're downtown.

Best coffee shop in Ludlow. The barista working there was so nice. And they have real bubble tea! I got a maple latte and my girlfriend got a taro vanilla bubble tea. Both tasted amazing.

Every time I visit a coffee shop I get a dirty chai in hopes that it will be Mocha Joes level of awesome. Most places use premade Oregon brand chai that I really don’t like, but this place has really high quality ingredients and it’s always exactly what I’m looking for. Iced maple dirty chai, trust me.

Best coffee in Brattleboro hands down! The Costa Rican roast is my favorite. Friendly staff, enjoyable atmosphere. Just visited from New York grabbed a souvenir mug and a pound of whole bean which they ground for me to go.

I’ve had many a latte in my life, and I must say, the lavender oat milk latte here might be the best latte I’ve had in my life. Perfect amount of sweetness, beautiful foaming at top. Can’t recommend it anymore. The barista was also incredibly kind and treated my lil dog with so much love. She brought over the bowl of water to where I was sitting so my pup could stay hydrated. I think of this cafe with so much fondness.

Mocha Joe's BY FAR was my FAVORITE cafe in Brattleboro. After I moved down to the Amherst/Northampton area to attend college, I would STILL make the weekly 96-minute drive from Hampshire's campus to my parent's house in South Newfane (30-minute drive to the Northwest of Bratt) and stop in Bratt to get my coffee beans from Mocha Joe's. Even though the Amherst/Northampton area had good coffee roasting/cafe culture too, I remained VERY LOYAL to Mocha Joe's.

In Amherst, Rao's Roast and the Haymarket Cafe in Northampton were my other favorite Cafes for that area of New England.

The cafe itself is so-so (looks a bit dated), but the coffee is PHENOMENAL. Without a doubt, the best cappuccino and best coffee I've ever had. Bought a bunch of coffee beans to take with me on my travels (my suitcase smells divine because of it) -- can't wait to try them out!

Tiny little place in town with great service! The coffee was fragrant and excellent along with the customer service! The ladies at the counter were so nice to our group!

The hidden gem rocks when it comes to coffee. People were nice and friendly. We only got coffees nothing else, but they were absolutely delicious!

Very cool atmosphere. The people were friendly and my drink came out perfect. Overall it was a very good experience and will come back when we're in the area.

Best coffee anywhere (outside of Italy maybe). Whatever kind of coffee you like, this is the place. My husband and I have been coming here for many years, we were so happy when they could re-open after the plandemic. Parking is best in lot on Elliot street or sometimes you might find a spot up the street a bit, it's worth it. You can have it there,or to go, but go!
