This place is so magical! A hillside oasis with the perfect sunset views. So peaceful - nothing but bird songs and creek ambience. The walking trails, picnic tables, firepits, and benches at viewpoints all create an amazing camping experience! Super nice to have the flush toilets and warm shower option as well. Highly recommend a visit!!

This is what our ideal idea of glamping is! The cabin is simple but very comfortable, the matrasses are good and it is spatious the private fire pit and table are very nice. We enjoyed all the little path and to wander on the farm but the best is of course Jinnie, our great conversations, and her delicious cookies!

Absolutely magical!! It's definitely rustic but has everything you could need. The camp sites are isolated and the shared bathrooms and showers (wash house) are always spotless. The grounds are endless with walking paths that take you to new views and adventures in all corners of the grounds. You think you've seen it all but in revisiting your favorite spot you'll still discover new things. The sun set views at either ends of the property are breathtaking. At night the stars are so bright you can't take your eyes off the sky. We did the tag along chores tour with Jack and he was so friendly and informative it was a unique experience that adds additional charm to these camp grounds. You'll find comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. Jinny has truly created an oasis here and we will surely be returning. Be sure to visit the turkeys! They are so fun to watch.

Despite my cycling partner telling me it was 0.8 miles from route 14, it was more like 3.3 and 1000 feet of climbing. The farm and campsite were totally worth it, though! After a shower and clean-up, we chit-chatted with Jenny about seasonal crops and production, had some supper at the pavilion and watched the sun set. Luna the kitty cat made us feel at home. The platform for the tent helped it dry after a morning shower and keep from getting water-logged. I would definitely return if I were in the area, but the climb from the Adventure Cycling Green Mountains Loop is no joke.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible weekend at Jinny’s beautiful farm. The land has a stunning view of the mountains, the sites are spacious and private and all of the facilities were exceptionally clean. On top of that, we got to enjoy her farm fresh eggs and 3 different homemade jams (she makes over 40 different flavors) and the best homemade chocolate chip cookies we’ve ever had. Jinny is a wonderful host and we will definitely be back!

Hidden gem in the area and a wonderful place to stay. The bathrooms, showers and facilities are clean and far above what you would find at a typical campground.

This is a well guarded secret, the location is incredible, the cabins don't have electricity, bathroom or running water but they are ample and super comfortable, and you have an outside house near by.

The farm is beautiful, the accommodation is very simple, no water no electricity, you need to come fully prepared, with sleeping bags. There's a place to build camp fire and that is fun, in general things are in a lot of order, if you are with a curious child who wants to explore, it can be challenging, while if you are just camping and want a site, this can be a good option.

Wanted to reserve the whole place for the weekend of my baby shower, was told i could
But that it wasnt a "normal " thing she did and because of it she Was very scattered in her process of relaying information to me and my husband. She quoted us many different numbers on prices and how much stuff would cost, when we eventually asked why and felt that she wasnt being professional she said it was because she doesnt know what to quote because she doesnt usually do it. She was all over the place. We had to cancel the tent sites because of bad weather (rain and low 30s with chance of snow the next morning) mind you myself and another guest are pregnant. She was very unhappy that we were cancelling last minute ( a week in advance) and wouldn't let us keep the cabin we wanted for our other guest because she felt she could get someone else to take it for two nights and make more money. She said she would only charge us a 100 dollar deposit for our 215 dollar bill and within minutes we revived q vall saying she put the whole charge on our card. The website says she will give you a refund at her thought of convince with timing. She thought the 20 minutes it took to cancel things was worth taking her share of half the deposit. Was very rude to my husband when he called for clarification , and went to hang up on him. If your looking for a straight forward stay then go for it. I wouldn't recomend this place with how scattered and all over the place she is unprofessional she was in our experience. It was a total bummer because I have lived in vermont my whole life and its beautiful and would have loved to stay there and recomend it to friends and family but it's not worth the hassle.
