Great experience working with John and his team throughout the entire sales process

Holly Hall's dedication and care far exceeds any realtor experience that I have ever had and she is my real estate broker from now on. She's friendly, kind, and quite knowledgeable. Besides showing the house, Holly continually demonstrated her commitment to her client, me. Here are examples:

· The house I wanted to see ​w​as up a dirt road and my car wouldn't be able to make it up the mountain in this rainy weather which made the mountain road impassable. She got us up there in her 4 wheel drive

· Holly came with me to walk the perimeters of the property for the land survey.

· I needed to find a real estate attorney and she recommended several - the one I worked with was absolutely thorough and superb in taking the time to explain legal terms and handling the closing.

· I also needed to find a good insurance company - and she found the company that has been insuring this house for years and they are excellent.

· Since I haven't moved in and the closing was over six weeks ago, she's gone over to check on the house at least twice.

Who does that? An amazing realtor does that! Thanks to Holly Hall, I have a dream house. I am so, so grateful.
