Quechee Green Park

Balloon Festival was in town and it was something to see. We went for two days as you pay once and it is good for the entire weekend. Lots of entertainment, food and events in the sky.

Great place to walk your dog or meet up with friends and enjoy a beautiful spot…also home to the Quechee Balloon Festival!

Every year they hold the balloon festival in Father's Day weekend. It's always a treat to see some of the regulars and each year are some new comers. They have a slew of activities in between the 6am and 6pm launches. Live music, food, gift shopping, activities for kids including the train that travels around the festival. At least one balloon hangs around to do tethered balloon rides. Ample parking and handicap parking as well. Friday and Saturday nights they do a balloon glow after the balloons that launched have landed. It's great fun for family and even if you are alone.

Nice park with a good playground (with toddler swings) and a big grassy field.

Great local festival. Hot air balloons good local music, fair food and crafts.

Nice well kept park for the people to enjoy. A public area for everyone, a lot of fun social events take place here, tax money well spent. Good thing it does not belong to a private club, only for some people to enjoy!

Went for the Balloon Fest. Had some great craft beers from the beer garden. Great times!!!!

Really nice place to RV,csmp,or cabin a

close to a lot of beautiful places,nice pool ,pond where you can rent paddle boats,their shower house/bathrooms are by far the cleanest I've ever seen and your close to a lot of places.

Wonderful dog friendly, spacious park; plenty of free parking. River is close and accessible during warm weather.

Quechee Hot Air Balloon Fesitval

Great place to launch a hot air balloon, walk your dog, play freesbe, have kids monkey on the playground or just take a walk by the river side.

Great place for balooning!

Large grassy open space along the Ottaquechee River. There is a playground, post office, cafe, and a couple fine dining restaurants.

Beautiful experience here. Great place to bring your dog & just relax.

Love going there every year! This year strong winds and weather prevented the balloons from going up this year.☹😩😥
