Rite Aid

Needed a prescription and in-between pharmacy coverages. Rite Aid on Canal St. in Brattleboro, VT filled my prescription and I appreciated their prompt service and the price!

Friendly environment, interactions at the checkout counter are cordial and efficient, counter people are knowledgeable about the
locations of sought-for products, prices are competitive, the layout is conducive to straightforward shopping. In previous visits pharmacy agents were good to deal with. An all-around fine presence as a store, I HOPE it holds the line against acquisition by one of the Monster chains. Best, Lloyd Graf

Day before Christmas and how busy all the pharmacies are, I was surprised to see my prescriptions were ready. And to make my trip even better, they had my Dunkin Donuts K cups coffee. One stop shop. The guys in the pharmacy do a phenomenal job and keep up a very professional Appearance and with a smile. I know it's extremely tough working in the pharmacy there. But, we take notice, and we are very grateful for your service. Thank you.

Have been a long time customer here; through the purchase of another local family pharmacy. Though the transition was slow, and the staff overwhelmed by the increased volume, they continued to be friendly, and each time I was there, (which is multiple times a week) I noted that they treated each customer respectfully. They also took time to answer any questions the current customer might have despite any line that might be forming. To me, that is good customer service. They recognized that service was more important than rushing on to the next. Love the personal service here!

I was a customer of Brattleboro Pharmacy. When it closed, the Rite Aid store took over the customers. I have found the long lines and long wait at the Rite Aid story on Canal St. in Brattleboro, VT, to be really irritating. The pharmacy staff is working hard, but there are not enough staff. Just adding one designated person who handles phone orders and payment for medicines over the phone would make a BIG difference. I have considered using another pharmacy, not part of a chain, because of this problem. As I say, the pharmacy staff is trying hard to keep up, but taking on the customers of another pharmacy, is a problem that I believe needs another full-time staff person.

Love this store and the pharmacy too. The staff is just so nice and friendly and always so helpful. They make you feel welcomed each time. The store is very clean and each time I go there for something, it is always in stock. The store is located in a small shopping center, thus plenty of parking spaces, and there are handicap spaces in front of the store itself. Overall, great place to shop and fill your prescriptions, all with a smile from the staff.

The Pharmacist Melissa was so helpful with my unique request. The staff was friendly and moving quickly through the line. I'd come again.

Five weeks ago I broke my hip in Stratton. At the time, I didn't know it was broken. Stratton team help my to my car and off I went without the ability to get out of the car or walk. I needed a painkiller and Arnicare. I drove to this branch of RiteAid, parked my car outside and called the branch. I explained my situation and asked for them to bring me the stuff outside since they didn't have a drivethrough. The person i spoke with told me they are not allowed to do that. i asked to speak with the manager (which her name I can't recall. She was nice enough to bring me the stuff outside, take the money and come back with the change. Thank you so much. You saved my day.

A good pharmacy with well stocked shelves for other goods. They have just taken on a local pharmacy that closed and even though they were mobbed the associates kept the line moving and kept the people waiting for their prescription up to date on the status

I use rite aid over other pharmacy because I find store more organized & friendly which makes sjoppping experience more pleasant
