My husband & I lost a baby recently. We went into Cliffords today with no appointment, just looking for some information. We spoke with Jim. In all the "professional" people we have had to talk to through this experience he was the most helpful & understanding. He was very tactful & respectful. He answered our questions, even the ones we didn't think to ask. He laid out all our options for us & really seemed to empathize with our situation. This was one of the hardest steps we had to take in this process but Jim made it also one of the most helpful. My husband I left the meeting comforted, understood & relived. We would highly recommend Cliffords Funeral Home to anyone experiencing loss & in need of answers to those kinds of questions they never thought they would have to ask.

In a time of need, dealing with a deceased family member, Clifford was the helping hand in a time of need. They were very professional and caring and handled everything including the arrangements for the veterans cemetery in Randolph.

I regret to send this because it should never have happened. We sent flowers to be delivered to the funeral home in honor of our dear cousin's visitation and funeral. On the day of expected delivery we sent a request to the funeral home to please verify receipt of the flowers. We got no reply whatsoever. One week later we sent another email to inquire about what had happened and again got no response whatsoever. Such neglect and rudeness is beyond belief and unexplainable except that Clifford Funeral Home received no payment for this transaction. For a company that is in the business of providing empathy and caring, this neglect by Clifford Funeral Home only added to our profound sense of grief and loss. Hopefully others will not be subjected to such needless added sorrow in their grief.
