Wendy's

If I could tip at a fast food restaurant I would have! I don’t normally do fast food but I was in a rush today and I went through Wendy’s because it was on my way. Expecting the regular fast food of experience of waiting in line placing an order only to get cold food. Instead I was met with a fast and expedient experience with every item I ordered in peak quality despite there being a line. The worker at the window and on the mic (I believe his name is Zach?) was clearly experienced, handling the rush like it was nothing and moving everyone through quickly all while giving great customer service.

Overall this is probably one of the cleanest Wendy's I have eaten at in a long time and the food was on point made the way to Wendy's

Stopped here while it was relatively slow for an afternoon lunch with my 11 year old. Michaila the cashier was rude because I said no mayo or lettuce instead of "plain" then rushed to the last question which "name for the order?" Before I was done. When I said I'd also like two burgers she very snidely said "I want the name Anyway". When I told her she should treat people more politely she kicked the rudeness up to max and said "not everyone is always feeling good". She didn't even deny it or apologize. My 11 year old listened to her put me down to her coworkers and give me the side eye the entire time I ate. As an avid local guide I would say, do a pick up, and avoid going in. The fact that management was on staff and allowed her to mock and mistreat a customer is totally disrespectful. Avoid if you can pick up if you can't!

That was the fastest I have ever been served. They had my order ready and hot before I was even finished paying. Everyone was wicked nice and helpful. I wish I got the names of the lady and gentleman who got me my food. The dining area was cleaned, and well stocked. Best Wendy's experience I have ever had.

Best fast food restaurant in Rutland! Fast, food is always hot and made correctly!

I go to Wendy's every time I'm up in Rutland. To this day, I've never had a bad experience here! Still true

So went through the drive thru expecting the typical Wendy's experience and that's not what I got. I placed my difficult order because we are picky eaters and we pulled up to the window gave our payment and immediately was handed my drink and food. Not only did they get the whole order correct it's was scalding hot. It's was all delicious not on bite was gross. I am very impressed. Wendy's in Rutland has stepped up their game to a whole new level for me. Take a bow and be proud. Thank you for a wonderful experience especially after working all day ourselves and driving two hours to get to Rutland makes it to where I can't wait to eat there again!

I do food delivery. This place has been really good to me about timing and being punctual. I have never left there with anything less than the right items. They are very helpful to anyone doing food delivery services!

Long long line, but an excellent fast food experience. They were working as hard and fast as they could and got our food out quickly and correctly. The drinks tasted a little stronger than normal which is odd but not a negative.

Used drive through. The spicey chicken nuggets and hot sauce are the absolute best I've had at any fast food. Wish the sauce was available in bulk, I would use this in preparations Wendy's does make. Would great in chicken salad, chicken pot pie, and many others things including home BBG meals as dipping sauce

We ate here a lot due to moving. Summer fresh salads are amazing. I like the jalapeno popper salad. This location is A+ WITH THEIR SPEED AND FRIENDLINESS! great value if you have kids with the 4 for 4$

The big bacon classic is just that. Nothings changed. Fries were hot. Dining room was open so that was nice.

Great apple pecan salad and fries. Staff are friendly, efficient, and reliable in getting orders right.
