I was absolutely thrilled to find this spot, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. There was a line to order, and it was about 2 pm on a Saturday - it was worth the wait. I got the stuffed cabbage special and the pita sandwiches to go. I am not exaggerating when I say I felt like my grandma raised up from the dead to make these stuffed cabbages. They reminded me of hers so much I shed a few tears. I couldn't wait to bite into one of the sandwiches, I devoured it. Their falafel is cooked perfectly. Their flavors are absolutely perfect!
Everything comes with an optional side of pickled vegetables, sumac onions, and olives. Those were also delicious. Their seating is all bar-level, and there are enough spots for about 15 people.
Don't miss out on this spot.

Superb quality of food made with love. Delicious falafel fried just right, hummus worth writing home about, and the fluffiest pita cooked in house. The falafel is the best I’ve had outside the Middle East. Loads of flavor and a high value. Get it spicy!

Amazing! Easily one of the best restaurants in the state of Vermont. Their hummus and falafel compare only to what you’d get in the best Mediterranean restaurants in the country. I love their hummus they sell across the state in select grocery stores too! So much better than other hummus brands. Owner and workers friendly and helpful.

All the food, from the falafel and beyond, is so, so good! Literally the best pita, humus and roasted eggplant I have ever eaten. The owners are there working everyday and everything is made fresh or sourced from really high quality providers. The hours are tight and there is usually a line but it is worth the planning to eat any one of Yalla's array of dishes. The atmosphere has fun, playful energy with excellent music every time. We love it!

The quality of the food is only matched by the quality of the folks working here. Amazing experience. The falafel was neither dry nor heavily oily, with a nice little spice to boot if you ask for it. Also, adding the egg? Worth it.

What a GEM! I was in Brattleboro visiting my BFF when she introduced me to Yalla. This place was amazing!! We arrived right at opening and there was already one party in line! The fragrance of freshly baked pita was intoxicating and I could not resist buying a bag of pita with a container of hummus to take home with me! Each order is made to order to your specifications. The staff was so welcoming and explained all question clearly. I LOVED my Yalla Sababa! Highly recommend extra Pickles and/or their pickled veg on the side. I will definitely be visiting again!!

We visited Vermont last week. We had lunch here. It’s a busy place but luckily found the place to sit. I have no words to describe how good the food was! We had falafel pita & shakshuka. Pita was warm, fluffy, so addictive! Falafel was one of the best I have had, pickles added to pita enhanced the flavor. Shakshuka had great presentation & tasted as good as it looked. Decor of the place is casual but cute. If you are in Brattleboro, please have lunch here, you won’t regret.

The food is absolutely delicious. The sandwiches are delicious and the homemade pita and hummus are out of this world.

We ended up taking sandwiches home and I found they are delicious cold out of the refrigerator the next day as well.

The staff are really friendly and keep the line moving when the line is out the door. The waiting was great too, there's a great vibe from all the friendly people and the smell of the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant.

A+++ experience. We had the Yalla Yalla w mushroom stew and the Yalla Sababa w falafel and eggplant. The person who served us (I think he was the owner) was so generous and fun and lively, and most importantly the food was incredible. The falafel, the bread, the mushrooms, everything was on point. Highly recommend checking this place out.

02/15/2024. I wish I can give this place 6 stars. First, the staff is incredibly friendly, personable and fantastic. All smiles. Food... best sharauka outside of Isreal. Fried pita with za'atar spice, delicious. The house made tatziki has just the perfect amount of garlic and chopped cucumber. Tables for about 15 people, clean, beautifully decorated. Wish I was local to go more often. Their pita is very different and delicious.

This spot has been on my radar for a while, and I finally had the chance to stop in. Don’t wait as long as I did!! You will be greeted by extremely friendly folks and the delicious smell of fresh pita and frying falafel. I got the yalla yalla with all the veggies, eggplant, and mushroom stew. There’s also a self-serve station with pickled cabbage & carrot and onion with herbs & sumac! I really appreciated that because I love all things briney, pickley, and herby! Each element of the meal perfect, and the value is great. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Brattleboro!!

A Hidden Gem for Falafel Lovers!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic falafel restaurant called YALLA!!! and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for a treat.
Aside from the exceptional food, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Zohar and team are absolutely amazing. Truly some of the finest falafel and middle eastern delights I’ve had outside of the Holy Land- and I lived in Israel! This is such a special treat to have in Vermont, and what a gift Zohar’s cooking is to the community here in Brattleboro. What a wonderful restaurant. Can’t recommend it enough. 5/5 10/10 A+++ you won’t be disappointed!!!

This is just a fun place with the best pita and hummus in the area. The falafel sandwiches are the best I've ever had. We come up from Greenfield regularly just to eat here.

I got the yalla yalla bowl and it was delicious. My wife got the yalla sababa and loved it as well. Highly recommended.

It was pretty busy when we went (a line out the door), but it all moved very quickly.

The vibrant storefront is just the beginning. We were looking for a quick lunch in Brattleboro and Yalla Vermont was on point. The staff was enthusiastic and clearly passionate about the homemade falafel they’re serving up. I don’t blame them as it was delicious, and stuffed into a pita that packed all the essentials you never knew you wanted!

Hell yes! Take it from an Israeli-vegan - this is the best falafel I had in new England.
The pita they make is AMAZING, better than what you can buy in Israel. Every time we visit we stock up (it's a 40-minute drive).
The staff is friendly and professional, you can feel the family-like warmth just by being there.
You can see by the rating, and by the long line around lunchtime. that there's a wide consensus about this place.

I really like the cooking of Zohar, the manager of the Yalla Vermanut restaurant. I know the way he develops the recipes, with a lot of attention to all the best ingredients and the little details. Highly recommend.
