Great staff, great selection, decent prices even. Nag Champa Soap and great funky clothes you cant easily get, are favorites of mine. But if they don’t have it (id be surprised) they have offered to order one for me. They rock. Full Stop. Edit: not quite full stop — Chris, the owner I’ve met and see why they are great: he prides himself on having a great shop selection and helpful staff— and now Chris added an “adult toy” section… and I forgot to mention grow supplies available, and per usual they’ll get it if they don’t have it typically. Old school customer service like you’re a old buddy, is who Chris and his staff just are. You can get some stuff elsewhere-(some with difficulty)- but its a treat to just do it with a bud, right? And believe me, I’m high maintenance so you may even like it more!

The response time is phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable. I asked a few questions and even though they didn't sell it they sent me to places that are the cheapest and where I can get it. I highly recommend if you have any questions to message them thru the optional contact board. I had a full conversation in under 10 min.

I Love The Underground 🥰 We've been going here since we moved here 18 yrs ago. I love all the new items they have in the adjacent building. The Girl ( sorry didn't get her name) was so Nice, Friendly an helpful. I got a quite a few Christmas Gifts that I know my son will like . My son knows the owner an he has ALWAYS been helpful an pleasant to deal with . He definitely knows his stuff .We will continue doing our Business with them . Make sure you keep the Girl that was there on Wednesday December 8th she was knowledgeable an so Nice . I also met the shops Kitty 🐱 what a Sweetheart.

Excellent service! When I had an issue with a product, the owner was great and helpful. A much better store than the overpriced and aptly-named "The Void." This is the GO-TO store for all your smoking needs in Brattleboro! A++++

This place was so awesome. Was looking for a certain product to help with pain management. The fella there was so understanding and kind. He even let me try a honey stick for free and that helped a lot, just like the help he gave. Will be going back there again for sure. Especially for more honey sticks. XD

I'm deaf, the worker is very friendly and easily communicating! Doesn't sell vape for nicotine but there's plenty other stuff to buy!! Check it out for yourself. It's beauty store! I got CBD vaporizer instead. Thank you Harmony Underground

We met the owner, Chris, this past weekend and I must say that he is the kindest, most authentic shop owner I have ever met. He walked my girlfriend through CBD (a rather newer product on the market) and explained how it might help with her medical needs. 11/10 would visit again. Great location too.

I don't even live in Vermont anymore and I can tell you with complete confidence, this is by FAR the only headshop worth visiting in an at least 100 mile radius. The owner is an absolutely amazing person, and while I no longer know who he has staffed, when my wife and I lived in Vermont they were all EXTREMELY knowledgeable. All in all, definitely check this place out if you haven't. YOU WILL HAVE NO REGRETS. They stock about anything to meet ANY smokers needs, as well as non smoking related items. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE.

I honestly have no idea why anyone would leave a negative review about this place. This John Doe review is completely fabricated. Chris (the owner) advertises those pieces as "Nearly Indestructible." Not only that but that guy forgot to mention that it was almost 6 months after he purchased the piece. Chris is as nice as a guy as you could ever hope to encounter in a retail setting. My fiancé recently purchased a scale that ended up shorting out through no fault of Chris' and he replaced it even tho it had been almost a month after the purchase. Every time we have ever been there the staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful of any questions we have and they have quite a variety of merchandise. I extremely recommend this store to anyone looking for some good pieces, vape merchandise, or even just to poke around.

Owner is totally awesome! The harmony underground is a phenomenal head shop they have fantastic pieces and will do everything they can to make sure that you have the best experience possible, not only are they awesome when it comes to there stuff but they are also such a assist to the community and always give a helping hand to anyone in need. I'm so greatful to have a place like the harmony underground in my town.
