I was blown away by the level of customer service that James provided for a bike rental. I called to reserve one three weeks ahead of time, and for the next three weeks he would email me every few days to update me about the wet weather and trail conditions. They made me feel valued as a customer and I was impressed that James was so attentive for someone renting just one bike for one day.

The day before my ride I popped into the shop and James and Linda went over my route with me and gave me lots of helpful tips about the trails. Five star experience and I’ll definitely rent from them in the future.

Went shopping yesterday and today in Woodstock Vt and went into this store. High end clothing like Bogner, Vuori etc. Fabulous selection and James the son of the owners is a very helpful store manager who gets it. I was blown away by the professionalism and selection. Go to this store!!!!!

High-end clothing, footwear! Great job culling and having real nice outdoor sports wear. Changes each season! Super friendly family owned business. Definitely worth checking out.

I was on a bikepacking trip and had some trouble with my shifting, they were able to see me right away and get me going the same day. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Outstanding customer service-this is the local, family-owned store you dream of! We received a gift several weeks back that was in the wrong size, and after a phone call we were able to ship it back and Woodstock Sports sent us the correct size, with no headaches and in a very understanding manner! We love the unique Primal jersey!

Came up from PA for the overland race and tripped on this cute bike shop. Quality merch. Great friendly service. My children especially loved the shop dogs. To whom it may concern, no restrooms.

Purchased a new Scott Genius and Scott Scale plus. Also purchased an upgraded Scott Spark that the owners son had used as a demo since last August, in addition to miscellaneous bike gear. Wife and I were completely satisfied with both before and after sale support. Requested a couple upgrades to the Spark to support a race in Michigan 6 days after purchasing the bike in Woodstock VT. No problem for their talented tech team. Upgrades were flawless, and I have never seen such a top notch land freight packing job. Not even a scratch. My fears of single track race day problems riding a bike previously used as a demo were unfounded. The bikes dependability and capability exceeded that of the rider. It had obviously been well maintained and not abused. We will purchase from Woodstock Sports again, and service our bikes there, without reservation.

I was staying in South Woodstock for a few days and needed to hire a bike. They sorted me out with a very nice Fuji Cyclo X machine at $45 a day including helmet tools and a spare tube (not needed) which was perfect for the back roads around where I was staying. They happily swapped the pedals on day 2. Very professional and helpful service. Recommended.

High-end quality clothing and accessories for summer and winter throughout the store. Very knowledgeable bike personnel and very personable and helpful team. If you want only the best ... this is the place to shop with wonderful owners ... and adorable dogs in the store!

This place is great, and the bike repair woman is amazing! Twice now they have saved my bacon with tire replacements at a moments notice! Could not be happier to recommend them more highly!

The service cannot be beat. We wanted to mountain bike in the area, having no idea where to go or what to do. We were set up with really awesome bikes, helmets, and specific instructions on the best trails and views in town. This would be my first stop for any outdoor activity in Vermont!

Rented a bike here earlier this week. Staff was great. Bike was amazing. Nearby trails were super well maintained and that's thanks to the bike shop staff. We'll be heading here whenever I'm in town.

Woodstock sports is a fantastic store they have high quality merch and always get my bike tuned up within a reasonable amount of time plus they have a dog that is sometimes there and he's so cute it's located in a not so convenient area and caus of that the parking lot is really small and cramped and usually hard to get bikes in and out

I stop in here every time that I'm in Woodstock - they stock a lot of high-quality gear that most stores don't have on-hand, and the staff have been friendly and helpful whenever I've had questions. Highly recommended!

Actively keeping up with the trends and needs of those seeking fine bicycles, bicycle clothing, skiing and all types of fine clothing, shoes and accessories.

It is a nice window shopping kind of place, the kind I would get ideas at and then shop online. Carries really high quality and expensive outdoor/active apparel and bikes. Fits right in with the rest of Woodstock!
